The default should be the “n” key
Depends on your chosen keyfile thou;)

        Best regards

The toggle for NVG is usually ‘n’.

The default keyboard layouts are all in your Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Docs\Key Files & Input\Keyboard Layout Files folder by the way.

That’s ‘On’ / ‘Off’ …. sounds like the OP asking about adjusting brightness? Does that even exist?

              BMS Manual p241

This option allows tweaking the sky brightness at night. Valid range from 0.0 (all black) to 1.0(all white). Default setting: 0.1.

I use 0.12 fwiw. I find it slightly less grainy than the default 0.1 and easier to see most of the time (except when the sun is coming up at dawn when the increased brightness makes it slightly more difficult to read the HUD).

I think the NVG visión is too brilliant, I wonder if it is realistic-

May the bridges I burn light the way

to have tested the real one, the quality is really good IRL. The only difference is the focus, normaly you are not able to see the cockpit instruments.

A bit off topic, but how does the NVG get handled with ejection?
does it get dropped into your family factory, or break this funny stupid weak don’t know what mother natures evolution tech thought off thing between head and torso, also called “neck”?

And do they provide also some kind of zoom?

Some guys will take off with them stowed and others take off with them flipped up. It just depends on your preference. If you do have to eject with them they rip off pretty easily with a swooping motion of your hand/arm. They say, however, the wind blast should rip them off without injuring your neck.

With regards to hitting you in the junk, it’s very possible. If you do anything above about 5+ Gs (like a G-X) they have a high chance of coming off and hitting you there.

The replication is pretty good. Your visual acuity isn’t as good in the real jet (you only see about 20/25 or 20/30). Additionally you have 0 depth perception which makes night rejoins or anything inside about 1 NM a little tense. Also, you can’t look at your instruments with them. You will keep them about 1" from your eye and look at your MFDs or instruments by looking underneath them.
