High Resolution Icon for BMS

Hello!

This thread turned out be dedicated to a whole collection of High Resolution BMS icons. Therefor all options and links are provided here in the first post:

Don’t register! Just search for the gray “download” button in the middle/lower of your screen.

When it is downloaded to your pc, you can set the icon to a BMS shortcut.

If you do not already have a BMS shortcut:
Find the Launcher.exe in your installation folder,
Rightclick on the .exe and click create shortcut,

Than how to set an icon:
Rightclick the shortcut and click properties,
search for the button “change icon”,
browse for the icon in your download folder and select/OK/Apply that,

After that, rename and relocate the shortcut to where you like to have it on your pc.

It works fine here. Make sure you are clicking the correct button to download the file.

Very nice icon, thank-you for sharing. If i can provide a little constructive feedback, my only critisism is that the shortcut flag common on windows 7 desktop icons covers the B, so i’m only flying “MS”. Yes, i know that the shortcut flag can be removed via the registry, but i want to keep it to help differentiate between files and their shortcuts. Maybe provide the text vertically, down the right side of the icon? I dunno, you’re the artist.

Thanks to everybody! I never expected so many people to like the icon. It feels good to share and get positive feedback. I appreciate it a lot!

@Harlequin; You are absolutely correct although it is more an issue of Windows than icon. Due to me having Windows 8 i did not really consider the shortcut flag during design. You see this with many icons unfortunately. If you want, I can offer you to make you an updated icon and offset the BMS text?

I see only adverts with icon sbowing as 0 kilobytes. Tried every button just sent me to advert sites. Icon looks good though.
