      Hi,

I´m thinking about to move the runways from Chongju a little and at first to rebuild the taxiway…

The other thing is, that I would lengthen runway L a little. In RL L has the same length as R…

What about TACAN / ILS? Will this further work properly? (Have I something forgot?)

      TIA, regards

        Hi,

you can do it all in Falcon Editor. Just open it, select the airbase and go to Features. There you will all important Points just like Runway Dimension, Take off Points for each runway, Taxi Point. You will be able to move all Points. Just select the Point you will Change, click on “move” - hold the Botton and move you mouse into the direction you want. At the end “save to database” and thats it.

I´m not pretty sure but it can be possible that your Theater won`t work with others online because you will have a changed database! So make saefty copys first!

ILS and TACAN can be changed by Windows Editor. Open the “ILS-stations.dat”-file. There you will see all the ILS and TACAN datas. This file will work for your install only. So if you would use it online you have to make sure, that everyone is using the changed file.

Overall: You can produce a lot of Trouble while doing this. Once again: Make saefty copys first! Enjoy 😄

        Cheers
        Tom

          Hi,

          thanks for answering.
I will compare what data are in the database and in this ILS-stations.dat.
Currently it is made for me, so I can have a lot of fun. 🙂

What I (maybe?) noticed is, that you can change a whole taxiway, completly, by LOD Editor…
The issue for me is, that I cannot change the texture of a CP point/entry. Shall say, I can, but it takes no effect after saving. The 3D viewer still shows the old texture…
Now I’m wondering if this will first work, if you installed it with a parent CT…

And, no it is no theater. Thanks<proud>, but that it isn´t. It is a build of Chongju airbase. And if I´m not wrong, you can build it 1:1. That is pretty curious!

          Regards

            Yes- about the CT textures.
Well , everytime you create a new 3D model you can cover the polygones with textures by using the material Editor in 3d program. You alltimes Export the informations about animations, polygones and textures when you Export the model in another Format. So finally if the model is using a texture which is called “7777.dds” you have to give him a “7777.dds” file. So your Chance only is to create a new texture.
            Cheers

rwy numbers are not just dds textures. You must find the feature that has the rwy numbering and declare the number. Example the feature has 20 textures declared from 1 to 20. each one is a rwy numbering.

This is declared in the Falcon Editor. you open the objective. you select the feature that has the rwy numbering end select Edit button which is under the Features list.
In the window that opens in the field Value enter the correct texture number.
To find the correct number open the feature from LE and go to see the textures for it.

                Hi,
I have a few questions to the falcon-editor:
                1. What is the effect of a change of entry “heading” for type “RunwayListType”?
                2. What does the type “RnwyDimListType”?
                3. Is it confirmed that online all players must have the same database?

                Regards

                  Hi,

                  1. It is the TO-LDG-Direction for KI aircrafts. If this entry is not correct KI fighters won`t start or land.
                  2. Teels the KI fighters the Dimension of the runways. So what is runway and what is Gras.
                  3. No - Everyone could use his own database but the effect is that everyone see other things. So in fact the result could be a lot of Errors while flying online. So the best way is to use the same database for everyone.

                  4. I`m sure I told you all of that some days before!

                  Cheers
                  Tom
