      Good evening eveything,

yesterday i have started to wok on the Mirage cockpit gauges textures to put them in 4096x4096 resolution. If we compare the Mirage 2000 cockpit textures to those from the F-16, they are “shit” (i’m sorry but it’s true) so for those were flying on FSX with needles (like the M2000N) in our Wing, well they are a bit screwed ^^, they’re not MFD fans, but when you’re from a Mirage III or a Super Etendard well you get the picture x)

So far here is what i have done.

We do the job with what we can find on the web (photos, PDF, docs etc) while keeping the Falcon logic because i can replace REFUEL with “Phare Perche” (drudge light) but it’s non-sense in Falcon x)

So if someone have photos for the left/right rear panels, i’ll be gratefull. Only pics i can find are for the 2000C and 2000N
Thanks in advance et fight is on !

      Good night !

Glad to assist!! Well the explanation is rather simple. Due to the fact that the Mirage 2000EGM / 2000-5Mk II fleet in HAF is occupying only 2 dedicated Squadrons in Tanagra AFB, the option of maintaining a second line of supply for flying suits and pilot helmets would be non cost effective.
So because the majority of Fighter Squadrons (7) fly F-16 Block 30/50/52+/Advanced, as well as (2) F-4E Phantom II AUP and (1) A-7E Corsair, the US standard flying equipment is adopted for all the aircrews!

So i can understand it seems strange but in HAF, is a common sight!

                  I understand now, thanks !
I tought you have US stuff for the F-16 and french stuff for the Mirages ^^

While searching for M-2000 data i recalled an interesting footage with ΑΜ-39 Exocet Block II released from a HAF Mirage 2000 EGM during exercise “SEA GRIPEN” 1/12, against surface target, at the tactical firing range of NATO Missile Firing Installation, based in Souda bay Crete!

Happened to be there my self at that day just for the occasion! Before take off i gave the crew of No2 in the formation a Go Pro camera and that’s how we had images from the first-ever Exocet release in HAF!!

Wish they were flying a bit closer though…

Enjoy and best luck with your project!! Hope - if there is sufficient “know how” - to consider at a later stage to improve also the Mirage 2000-5 pit in BMS

That is a nice progress, if there is an airplane that seduces me as much as the F-16 it is the Mirage … beautiful and powerful planes

BTW … a little off topic sorry.

But working on database for M2000, I would need M2000EGM typical loadout configurations and pylons… are the one in BMS 100% correct? (because I highly think that C and N, maybe D are not.)

Thanks for the video, this is very interesting ! I don’t always find videos in-cockpit with Mirage 2000 🙂
In the first step we have on the 2000D, and next the N, and after that the -5/C.

For the 2000 N it is going to be harder i think, since they are tasked with a very very sensitive subject in France, i don’t think you will find anything major about them.

but for the Delta version, i’m quite satisfied with the pictures i’ve now. I think i can make a good texture pack for it.

I replace the jauges with some pics i have received/found.
I reworked the Altimeter, Variometer, RPM/Tachyeter/Tt7, Kg/min fuel counter, left MFD and blue avionics below. I’ve put the “ARM” and “NEUTRE” for the Master ARM
I also rewrtited the texts for the buttons on the left and right panels.

                                        2000-N pit looks 95% like a 2000-C pit IRL.
