      Still trying to get my head around the procedure here… have managed to get the pilot legs mod + Kneepads in my Korea/Sinai theatres… and can get it showing in Instant Action in Israel… but not in an F16i CFT variant.

      There seem to be many views on what to put into the LOD editor in the first screen next to the “Normal” button - I’ve tried both 1 and 2 (I presume these are the “parent models”). In the Select LOD screen however, what do you put in the box next to the 1? I’ve looked in the ckptart.dat file under F16iCFT and it references LOD 3146 as the cockpit model. However, if I view this, it’s not a cockpit. Indeed the only LOD number that shows up as a cockpit when you “view” the LOD is 82 (and it duly shows the legs installed)… and it doesn’t seem to make any difference whether you’ve selected parent 0, 1 or 2.

      Can anyone help and give me a definitive LOD to use for the CFT variant - or advise on where I’m going wrong in the process?

        Did you Check Israel Object folder KoreaObj.hdr with Lod Editor for Lod 3146?
        Because every theater uses own koreaobj Model folder. So F16iCFT Which In the theater you must change that

        First Check Art/ckptart/f16i CFT dat file and what do you see in cockpit model2 X parent no .

        // the LOD models to use.
        cockpitmodel 1;
        cockpitmodel2 2;
        cockpitmodel3 3;
        …
        etc

        Open lod editor and locate to select koreaobj.hdr in israel theater

        Open Parent 2 Press normal and you will see x.Lod in 1. lod box (X = 82 in korea theater but this value may be different lod number in israel theater)
        click viewer and check model and if you want replace model with lod editor, update and exit.

          Hi Gizemkar - many thanks for replying.

          My ckptart.dat file for Block 16i CFT gives:

          / the LOD models to use.
          cockpitmodel 3146;
          cockpitmodel2 3147;
          cockpitmodel3 3148;

          …so in LOD, I’ve put 2 next to the Normal box and clicked Normal, then selected LOD 3147 (the viewer shows the legs in the cockpit) and then I’ve actioned Replace Model. (8018/9 are already in the correct folder).

          But no joy. Have also repeated this using LOD 3146 with parent 1 and 3148 with parent 3. (And also with LOD 82 for good measure!)

          The legs are shown in cockpit with Blocks 30/52 but not for instance Blocks 40/16i/CFT.

          Any ideas?

            Dont put 2 to type box. you must type 3147. and press normal and replace with leg model (i think you are wrong this point)

            3147 parent has 1. lod 7389. You must change value with 82 or replace 7389. and update.

            Have fun!

              Thanks Gizemkar - worked a treat. Has saved me from pulling the rest of my rapidly diminishing hair out!
