Losing joystick input with OpenTrack and FreeTrack.

Hi guys, Im having an issue I hope someone can help me with. Whenever I play a round of Instant Action using either FreeTrack (FT) or OpenTrack (OT) and exit the Instant Action arena, upon starting another round of instant action I lose my Dogfight/SRM and CMS inputs. Its as if my keyfiles have changed. I have to redownload Foxy (Duncs DX) file again and restart game.I can play one round without any problens but again if I exet the instant action and restart another round - its a no go .
I can play round after round without any issue if I do not have Head Tracking on. The issue occurs with BMS 4.33-U3 running in either 32 or 64 bit versions. Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated. BTW It started happening with Freetrack which I uninstalled and is now happening with OpenTrack whick I just installed.

Here is my system spec.
CPU - AMD FX 8320 3.5 Gig
RAM - 8Gigs.
GPU - GTX770 Super Clocked.
2x EVO Pro SSD`s and 1x SSHD
Win 7 sp1 x64.
Camera PS3 Eye and Homemade Clip.
Cougar HOTAS

Ok I got it working. When ever i go back into Instant Action I press the pinkey switch on my HOTAS and for some reason everything starts working. Im not sure if this is a bug or a corrupted key file,but its working now.
