Having trouble mapping buttons

I have been having trouble mapping buttons for my Thrustmaster HOTAS X. I configure the buttons as I want them then click apply then click save. However, when I load my keyfile it doesn’t load my configuration. It loads BMS Full instead. How can I fix this without needing a course in Microsoft Excel? Why is this particular joystick not supported already?

Map the buttons, click save and name it something like uhhh, “Delfi”, then save again.

Get out of BMS, relaunch, go back to Setup>Controllers, click on load, and load the profile you saved before, then save it again even though it’s the same.

That should make it stick.
