Balkans_Theater_4.33.3.1 can not enable ECM Jammer.

Just installed Balkans_Theater_4.33.3.1 . I can enable ECM Jammer in KTO theater just fine. Switch theater to Balkans exit and restart falcon , go to Instant Action… can not enable ECM Jammer.
Im using Duncs DX profiles for Cougar HOTAS and Keyfile. Running Falcon on _x64 setting.
All replies greatly appreciated.

Perhaps your not carrying the pod. I will check mine now and report in a bit.

just checked there is no ecm pod being carried.

After that hit CMDS Down then try the jammer.
