Menu font resolution too large

Hi,

I have a problem with the Radio menus not displaying correctly as in the options do not fit properly into the pop up box and several lines are written on top of each other. This is on a new install of 4.33 U3. I have tried adjusting the resolution in game as well as lowering my main display resolution in windows as mentioned on other sites around the internet. None of these had any effect? Any clues anybody? I have recently updated my monitor but like I say it happens on all resolutions.

It is a known issue, has to do with Windows scaling and the way BMS handles fonts.

If you go in your control panel, “Display”, “adjust all element size”, you can change the display setting that control font size in windows explorer. Default is 100% for desktop install, but some laptop manufacturers override that and make 125% the default - which makes sense on a 1080p 15in screen.

If you dont want to change the windows display settings, you can try to make the BMS menu larger by playing with values in your install->Data->Art->ckptart->menu.dat (open with a standard text editor).
