4.33U3 Display issue

I have 4.33U3 installed havent played in a long time but for some reason even though i have 1920x1080 selected it only displays at 640x480 on the monitor. Any help would be appreciated

If your desktop and ingame reso are set the same, go into your User/Config folder and delete the dx9display.dsp file. It will regenerate when you launch BMS again.

unfortunately that didnt work, i remember a time way back it did but not this time.

Had to set it up into borderless window mode all good now.
