Changing seasons affect campaign?

Hi all

Not sure if this has been asked before but I would like to know if changing the seasons affects the campaign at all? I would think that changing it to winter would make the ground campaign portion more difficult for the troops. I have noticed that changing the season to Winter does make the runways somewhat slippery, as well as in Spring/Summer when it is raining. Is that possible?

Good question. I would like to know the answer to this too, but I suspect that changing seasons is only cosmetic.

I’d be very surprised if it’s anything more than cosmetic. Similar, I think any perceived negative effect on RCR would be placebo - it’s always 25 irrespective (dash-1 page 204).
