BMS Freezing After Ending Missions
-
I have BMS 4.33U2 installed and whether I’m doing a TE or a campaign mission, i get stuck at the loading
screen once I’ve completed or exit a mission. I can’t keep any progress in campaign or do so much as look
at a debrief for a mission I’ve flown.HELP!

System specs please.
Are you recording ACMI’s??
I’d deleted the files in your User>ACMI folder for now.

I’m on an HP laptop with an i7-6500U and Intel HD Graphics 520, 6GB RAM (not really a serious setup).
I have been recording ACMIs and because of the BMS training manual telling you to set the file size to 500MB,
that could have been an issue. I’m pretty new to BMS so I’ve really just been going off of what the training manual has said.I deleted all my ACMI files and flew a mission, and it seemed to fix it

Yeah, that’s a lower end Graphics card. When recording ACMI’s they take a lot of room and require some time to compile when you’re leaving a mission.
Anyways, you can avoid that by not recording ACMI’s or reducing the file size.
Glad you got it working better.

Well reducing the file size really doesn’t do anything more than make more files. It will still take up roughly the same amount of drive space.

Yes, I know, I should have wrote not to record so long, thus creating huge files.
