Question on the Benchmark Sims Logo

We’ve done a video for a flying event were hosting and I want to make sure it’s ok to use the Benchmark Sims Logo in the video. The log is just to promote not only the simulation, but the team behind the simulation that’s made it what it is today.
All non profit but I’m not really sure on the legality of it and was hoping someone from the team could let me know or anyone here that knows could help me out.

According to the stickied thread in this section you should have no issues using it. It’s from 2011, but it’s still stickied and no comments to the contrary.

My point of view would be So long as this is for non profit or commercial use I would say you are free to use the logo under the constraints Bonedust posted in the thread MorteSil linked to

I think Ninja may have meant “…for uses excluding for-profit…” – certainly those should present no concern.

Keep in mind that BMS is just the latest in a distinguished line of teams and contributors that have made it possible for Falcon BMS what it is today. Should be no issue to use the BMS logo so long as you do keep that in mind and of course the stipulations in the thread link that has the logo content in it (i.e. the link above in the post by MorteSil).
