@rubbra Man…, I cannot thank you enough!
This worked for me too. I don’t know if that was necessary, but I didn’t take any chance. I followed a tutorial to completely remove Steam VR. To be honest, I saw a post mentioning this, but I figure that it was probably not needed for my. Oh boy I was wrong.
Possible explanation :
I think I know why in my case it didn’t worked. It’s because my Steam VR was installed on another drive. It happen when I transferred my steam folder to another drive (done through Steam). When I reinstalled Steam, I didn’t have the choice to install it in any drive, like I usually can when installing a new game. Yes, I have couple of drive and steam let you install whenever you want when you have set it up properly.
That probably mean that Falcon BMS is looking for a specific path or something similar. Since my Steam was installed elsewhere that in the default C drive, then it could not register that Steam VR was active. To be sure, I reversed my other setting, like the Beta Steam VR, the forced launch Steam VR. I still didn’t remove Falcon BMS from the ‘‘non Steam Game’’ in the Steam Library (launch option ticked).
I will edit my title for reference in the hope that if any other Falconer have the same issues, they could have another post mentioning this. Although, adding this to the Manual VR section could be a good idea.
Did you have any idea why you had this issue?
Thank you very much again!
