Hey guys!
Coming from DCS, I started playing BMS 2-3 weeks ago, still learning how to use all the systems and getting used to the flight model.
Last monday my Quest 3 arrived, my first VR set, and ooohhh boy head tracking was good but this is at an another level.
When using head tracking my main data source of the plane situation was the hud, but now that the altimeter, machmeter, attitude indicator, vertical speed, AoA indicator and HSI are at a glance of an eye I find them kind of easy to read and figure out what the plane is doing.
Of course I still use the HUD for waypoints and of course A/G (I haven’t learned A/A yet), but not as much as before when using head tracking.
Do you have a prefered source of info for the plane status when playing in VR?
