I second the T Flight X. Everything about it is good, slightly less buttons than 3d pro I think, but has a shift control on its throttle to double up. Main difference between the two is hotas and non hotas.

RE: Numerous issues in Korean Theater DPRK strong campaigns
Me and a couple of friends are playing rolling fire strong dprk. We are only a few hours in but none of us have had the gameplay freezes, I am using GTX 750 with 368.81. On point no.4 nothing funny has been up with the radar, though we have noticed some sneaky noe intercepts from the AI, not saying that’s what you’re experiencing though. AWACS has been functioning as expected too, no CTDs. The only other point I can comment on is no.3. Assuming you mean that these munitions just disappear at point of impact causing no damage to the target, we aren’t aware of any of that either and we have all fired several harms and use mk84s all the time for OCA.
We can test some other stuff tonight to be sure.

RE: Maverick, Minimum altitude
Pretty sure yes. The missile falls a few hundred feet off the rail before burning and climbing to target.

RE: How?
I started with CCIP bombing, since that’s the manly thing to do. And after watching the Krause youtube tutorial on the subject, I ran every campaign mission I could find of that until I wanted to try something else (or we’d won). After some months I only had the ramp left to learn (of the F16s significant operations, there are always new little things to pick up, even after years).

RE: Calling all 'Map Genarls'
You can’t delete it but you can abort it from the ATO. Find the package number and right click to show the flight, choose abort.
I put the SA4 down to imprecise intel on it’s location. If you frag a flight over the area it will probably be mentioned in the threat analysis.

RE: Bridge Repair Time
Doesn’t sound too surprising, runways are fixed in just a few hours. I don’t know how long even approximately, but in the Sinai campaign we had a dedicated server running 24/7 and it took a couple days to see progress on the large bridges.

RE: Only one chance to drop bombs..?
Not sure if this is likely the problem, but it is easy to over G slightly pulling up out of a ccip run so damaging the pylons. That’s about the only thing I can think off assuming everything is set up right in SMS page for fuzing etc. Snake-eyes are probably the most temperamental for this so I use these only when I’m going to drop all in one pass.

RE: 4.32 Enemy air to air missiles evasion TE
IRL however, I have it from good sources that you would never fire an IR missile BVR…
Interestingly, I think that Russian doctrine is looser with its IR missile roe (tho certainly not in all circumstances I expect). Iirc in the real life SU27 manual it is encouraged, or suggested, that you should launch 27ETs from bvr, even using the Launch Override command if lock is not achievable from those distances.

RE: AI carriers
Whats’ this from? this obviously isnt in the stock Korean campaign i take it? and are you playing 4.33?
My guess would be the Balkans as the Kuznetsov shows up after a few days with a SU33 squadron on board.

RE: AI Tactics
I had this the other night with my human wingman. We were both winchester and chased out of central NK but slowed down to Mil after the two 29 nails dropped off the RWR. A few moments later, we had archers called inbound and the RWR lit up with their sig once again and I got splashed. We were at about 20k feet and I’ve been surprised at how the RWR sees contacts no matter my roll/pitch angle, so I doubt it was an RWR limit. It rly felt like it was deliberate from the AI, and not the first time.
Aside from that, Krause vids have had me under the impression that NOE and radar off can reduce our chances of being detected. Is stealth actually impossible?
