I would like to see left and right click as a binding option for the joystick without external tools. This could allow us to switch buttons with taking the hand of the controls.

I have installed a 7900 XT in my machine. Compared to my 3060ti the experience is worse. The raw performance seems to be higher, I can use higher resolutions but I get some flickering on the icp if I move the head. I also have to use antialiasing in the game to improve flickering in general.
From my point of view their is an additional eye strain using this setup. I cannot tell if this is because of reprojection or other issues.

My joystick is not mapped anymore if I start the Balkans theater using the falcon launcher… in korea everything works fine. Is this a know bug?

I think updating Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR to beta branch fixed this issue for me.

I have also tried to switch from steamvr beta to stable which did not help. The error occurred even faster from my impression.
Would it help to share the campaign save? The issue can be reproduced within minutes. In this mission you can barley reach the second or third waypoint. Most of the times you would not be able to take off at all.

I have disabled the settings but the problem seems to be the same. Normal training missions or instant action work fine, but in campaign I get a steamvr crash after some time but the sim itself continues to work…

SteamVR crashes
My system specs look like this:
- AMD 5800x3d CPU
- Nvidia 3060ti GPU
- 32GB RAM
- HP Reverb G2
Falcon BMS looks fine in training missions. In a real campaign my system seems to be too slow, therefore I set the g_fVRResolution to 0.8.
This allowed me to maintain about 45 fps. But after some steam vr crashes due to a “serious error”. Other games like msfs do not suffer from this issue.

For a BMS installation that is very secure indeed, install the Qubes OS (https://www.qubes-os.org/) linux distribution on a PC, then run BMS on a ubuntu VM (Qube) within Qubes OS. Personal information elsewhere on your PC would be protected from your gaming environment by hardware virtualization.
I do not think that this setup supports GPU acceleration

Yes, there is a problem with Steam version of DCS if you install DCS on another harddrive.
Can you fix this? I think it is quite common to have multiple disks.
I have noticed another strange behaviour in BMS. If I pull some gs the motors vibrate as expected. But if I go back to level flight. Sometimes some low intensity vibrations continues. The strange thing is that if I pause the sim the vibration sometimes stops and does not start if I continue. If I pull gs the vibration starts again as expected.
It kills the immersion if the seat vibrates without a reason…

Btw. it looks like your tool has problems if you install DCS on another harddrive? My SteamLibrary is located at D:\Spiele\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld simshaker reports an error about missing files. This error even occurs if I use falcon BMS…
