Has someone modified all the flyable aircrafts’ 3dckpit.dat so that users of triple-monitor setups can see pass the 70-degree limit, thus enabling a full view of the side panels?

If so, can all be posted or linked so that we ccould use the 3D pit to its full extent? I’m looking forward to this.

Or, if Devs would be kind, maybe have this modified for the next patch/update!

Suggest you dig into the manual and the config files. Set MAX FOV to 140 and default FOV to 140. What you need is all there and ready for you. Use the combined power of the computer and the human brain, and, you’ll get that fixed in no time…

Tried online debriefing of 4.33 today. Both parties had professional version, latest update. Message about missing data, and host was in Korea, but client was south of Nigeria, but no data/units visible. Needs fixing. Connection was flawless though….

You will need to make a combined coast and road tile to make it look good along the steep coastal areas.

Norway also have a lot of marshes, and they are brown in summer. Standard tiles are a bit off.

Winter is very white above tree line, but green in areas with spruce and pine.
Spring is green, brown and white
Autumn is brown, green.

Take a look at some pictures from different areas to get a good idea…

I seem to remember that Ørlandet was the southernmost AB in Norway ? Could you post a theater map, Tom ?

I think you can use the BMS Editor, open Objective Data and then double click and bring up Objective Data….

I seem to remember that Ørlandet AB was the southernmost AB along the coast. The base is being overhauled now, with new hangars for the coming 50 + F-35’s. The runway will also be extended. This is a picture of the new F-35 area of the AB.

There are a lot of public information about the project, so let me know when you start it, and I can get you the info.

A special thing for this theater….

Because of the steep coastline, you need to make a combined tile, containing coast and road in the same tile. Without that, a lot of places will look weird.

Take a look at Google Earth. Tromsø is a civil airfield with no HAS’, only hangars. Nearest military bases are Bardufoss, Evenes, Ørlandet, Andøya and Bodø.

For the record, just so there’s no misunderstanding, I had nothing to do with the creation of the Norway theater. All I did was host it up there on Mediafire. Somebody deserves a lot of credit for their hard work, but it isn’t me.

I think these might be my old files from way back then ? If so, anyone are free to use them.

I must be doing something wrong , since I cannot get the TrackIR working in the latest version and the latest beta. Anyone with same problem ?
Have tried hud view and other views, but for some reason it just does not worky
