Yeap! Its fully combatible with DLink on M and all marks from DC on moving map have different colors…(From ground crew they place into DC the Map but with a little difference boys. 800NM to 800NM are the maps for H.A.F, we have to use them only at this distance. In a deep range mission, full of load fuel +CFTs after 800NM straight ahead from any directions the cmfd reset and pre-back physical on black backround. The map have borders and limits.(limits is a small delay in high g’s manuevers that you have a delay moving of the map, without have any problem with HSD other symbols from DL or DC, gps, POI, Tacans, VOR/DMEs, SAM rings, other…symbols e.t.c. When you change scale of N.Miles and make a high G manuever on CMFD with Map, …up to 4Gs on CAT III, we saw a “small” delay on moving map with a little bit of time delay about the map only…and then fixed. (at about 0.2-4sec) thats a small delay and its no comfusing you because the small time of period before fixed again and our SA are as best as can be at eatch one pilot, at this situation. So if DL, marks, all symbols run on time e.t.c you are safety first and dont have any to loose for 0,4 sec. on map, as the pilot movements in 3axes are hard or any… Its very usefull to 340Sq. for Night Ops. and more…if we are in NOE profile from point to point (except the sensors RALT-TFR) NVGS on Helmet and other avionics to secure your safety into deep night, TFR-auto make the job , (TAD) Moving Map (as in retired A-7E Corsair II…) gives us a depress about the space, and you check every symbol with the map underground. So you have a monitor for a little bit of time and you remember some points of interest in ctitical period of flight…or ingress, or in engress to land after a hard mission ,many hrs into cockpit and a view off deep black outside…You have one think on your mind. To finish (about ΑΝΣΚ) and back safety you, your wingman or all elements of a Comao mis. Special Thanks! *Only for A/G missions its usefull. For BVR/BFM we keep it close by (DC) at the right side, back console of avionics and sensors.
