however, nothing happens when server starts and program ends.
Have to go now but will try later on.

RE: YAME64 suite
Added the 32 bit version for the client. I don’t have a true 32 bit machine, so have not tested :).
Link is in first post.
now this is what we call best service
thanks, will give it a try, -
RE: YAME64 suite
Haaa, RPi would also be so nice…
It looks SFML could be ported to RPi as well…: http://blog.aldeo.io/post/116365980469/raspberry-pi-and-sfml -
RE: YAME64 suite
No stupid question, I have not tested it, but I can try to compile the client in 32 bit version and make some test. I don’t think there will be problems.
would be awesome, thanks!

RE: MFDE "start" and "stop" greyed out
OK, quick update.
I completely reinstalled windows 7 (32bit) (visual C++, etc), resulting in the same eror situation. In the MFDE log file again ‘object reference not set to an instance of an object. etc etc’
Guess MFDE doesn’t like my system one way or anoher.
Anyway thanks to all for your help and suggestions, I will try other extraction possibilities.
Cheers, Marc -
RE: YAME64 suite
Thanks for the effort and sharing roccio!
One small (and excuses me if stupid ) question, any chance the client is available for a 32 bit system? (while server runs on 64 bit system?

RE: MFDE "start" and "stop" greyed out
thanks,
but again, the issue shows without starting BMS. MFDE should start client side on its own, with the possibility to select either “start” or “stop”. It doesn’t.
So it has nothing to do with BMS, but with MFDE on its own.cheers, Marc

RE: MFDE "start" and "stop" greyed out
Thanks for thinking along…
“start extracting when this program is launched” checked? yes, but even than “stop” should not be greyed out.
Both Enable MFD output checked? Yes, but even when unchecked (and other gauges checked) “start” and “stop” should be selectable
Server IP address is correct? yes
But I think the message in the logs (“Object reference not set to an instance of an object”) gives the clue as to what is wrong… which makes me believe it is not persee MFDE but windows configuration is the cause.
(I know virtually nothing about visual C++ or .net so I’m completely in the woods there…)
It did work in the beginning, so I’m pretty sure my MFDE setup is ok.
Meanwhile windows (win 7, 64 bit) is completely “up to date”, but still no good…cheers, marc

RE: MFDE "start" and "stop" greyed out
Actually, MFDE isn’t working on the client side.
So it doesn’t matter I think if BMS is even started (on the server side) . The problem is that MFDE itself even can’t be started on the client side… (“start” and “stop” selections greyed out)
