'ddya mean, not a factor, for BMS or in general?(as in general) Dense fog/mist should be a serious one (factor), you might even get IR imaging through (as IR is also degraded) - if really close, but also laser ranging/targeting should be seriously impacted.
Vapor (water?) cloud is primary defense in denying laser ranging (and or targeting) for ground vehicles, tanks, apc’s… anti-SALH.
Form (dense) mist/fog, one should not expect any different.That would correspond for VERY POOR weather conditions, visibility <100m. , so you clearly, won’t be using LGB’s or even not fly at all 🙂
Jokes aside, so, I don’t believe that even modern TGP’s can “break” that nature barrier. - I might be wrong here… it is my opinion.
