In game, go to Setup>Controllers, on the right hand side is the “Current Keyfile”, with all the commands below it. Scroll to the function you want to change, click on the entry in the Key column and push(map) your button to that function.
Is easy to do!! Once you’ve mapped them all, Save it, name it something unique to the existing names so you know it’s the one you created!!

I forgot to ask you, is there an easier way I can lock onto a target and fire a missile, or fire air to ground ordinance. Say if I wanted to map those keys to buttons on my Xbox One controller. I’ve been playing Falcon BMS for a while and I’ve never figured out how I actually lock onto a target and fire a missile. What are the default keyboard keys for locking onto a target and firing ordinance?
Thanks.

Ok, thanks. I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the help.

Yes, it will detect it and you can map away.

Ok, thanks. How do I go about mapping the controls. Say if I wanted to make the left analogue stick make the aircraft go up and down and left and right. And map the right analogue stick for looking around inside the cockpit and using the left trigger to slow down and the right trigger to engage afterburners. If that makes sense.
Hi, does anyone know how I can launch the game in 64 Bit?
I have Windows 8.1 Professional 64 Bit.
Also, is it possible for me to use my Xbox One controller to fly aircraft’s in-game? Is there a way to map the buttons and joysticks?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
The addition of gamepad support would be great.
Plus an updated Eurofighter Typhoon model and a fully functional cockpit.
Hi, I am having some trouble with creating tactical engagements. Basically I like doing training flights and I have a choice to do it with 1-4 aircraft. My question is how do I add more Squadron’s of the same aircraft on the same tactical engagement and when I go in-game the ramp area is filled with example F-15’s. How do I get them to go the same route that I go?
Could someone please explain. It would be very helpful.
Thanks.
I also cannot launch the game in 64 bit either. I am on Windows 8.1 Professional 64 Bit.
I run the game in compatibility mode under Windows 7.
I have no idea why I am unable to launch the game in 64 Bit mode either.
It is SOP to close the canopy before engine start. Starting the A/C with the canopy open is a big no-no. During training it is made very clear to always close the canopy first due to engine or GTS failure. If the GTS fails on a Harrier it often shoots oil out the top and can fall into the cockpit if the canopy is open. I had a failed GTS one time and it shot a fireball out of the main engine because the GTS was not spinning the turbines, so the fuel pooled in the can and click-click-click BOOOOOM. That’s when I learned why they teach you emergency shut down until it’s habit. I reached for the manual fuel shutoff very quickly. The crew on the ground looked freaked out when I got out and told me it was the biggest fireball anyone had ever seen up close. It lit up the night brighter than day time. Maintenance control had a holy crap that was cool but don’t do it again attitude. I guess it lit up all the screens in there and freaked them out.
Were you in the Air Force?
Hi, does anyone know how I can put the Eurofighter Typhoon Cockpit from the Nordic theater into another theater?
What needs to be done? Bear in mind I have never used Lod Editor before. Is it just a simple procedure to copy the files from the Art ckptart folder?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
