I have recently updated to U5 and allowed a Win 10 update. Now my “launcher” shows a start of the program but it quits after a few seconds with a message that “a problem has occurred” (typical useless message from MS) U5 shows all installed in Setup Screen attached. Wiped everything and reinstalled all updates. I get the same message. I suspect the latest Win 10 update killed BMS 4.33. Any others having this problem? Any advice appreciated.

RE: Purpose of this new sub forum
Thanks Jetlag for your reply of March 8 above. I guess that must be the article being referred to. I’m not a programmer so I am looking for a more complete explanation of DirectX Programming for old geezers like me who have never done that sort of thing. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

RE: Purpose of this new sub forum
On page 7-24 of the BMS Key File Manual we are referred to a “DirectX Shifting Facility Article.” I understand that it was withdrawn and is no longer available. When are we going to see a replacement for that or a decent DX programming manual for 4.33?

TomFor what it is worth to you Tom, the English should read “make safety copies first please- Stay safe”. BTW I wish my German was as good as your English.
Love your work my friend. -
RE: Toms Korea 2015
Much appreciated Tom. I don’t recognize much as it is today but my only reference point is what I saw when I was there in the early '50s. I served with the 43rd MASH north of Oijongbu. I wonder if there is any aerial photography of Korea from that era. You have any knowledge of that? Keep up your fine work.
