Was there ever a solution to this issue? Ideally id like to use the mouse button to both zoom external view and turn knobs in the cockpit - thanks

RE: Delilah cruise altitude
Yes, that’s exactly what I want to do - so does 3² equal 3,200ft?
I wondered what those number meant!

Delilah cruise altitude
I note the setting to change the weapons cruise altitude, 0 is msl so setting 500ft (for example) will just fly straight into the ground. My question is do we have any info on what the current ground height above sea level is so i can programme the altitude accordingly?
Thanks

Man in the loop and autopilot assistance
Title says it all really, flying both the bomb and aircraft is tricky, is there an autopilot mode that can handle the sudden trim required when dropping a single bomb?

N00b rudder question
Just had a set of Thrustmaster rudders delivered, the new ones they’ve just released and I gotta say it’s more difficult than I thought - I love the left/right toe breaking option but its the yaw bit I’m trouble with, I’m currently pushing the corresponding pedal forward to move in that direction i.e left pedal forward / right pedal back yaws me to the left however I tried swapping and it actually felt more natural reversed.
I know its likely just me getting used to them however I’d like to know if:
Does anyone else fly with their yaw input reversed?
Is there a reverse option in real life?
Are rotary and fixed wing exactly the same?Basically I don’t want to get into any bad habits, for the sake of realism should I leave it as it?
Thanks ion advance

RE: X52 mouse wheel is mapped for Radar Range +/- but also does 2 other functions!
So is this problem unique to the X52, does the same problem present itself with the X52pro or any other HOTAS devices? Its not that big a deal just a little annoying the funtionaliy isn’t consistant.

So irl would the pilot use the cursor to change the radar range or mfd?

X52 mouse wheel is mapped for Radar Range +/- but also does 2 other functions!
Finally I’ve sussed out the BMS Key File Editor, there’s a useful Youtube link that’s in 2 parts, the narration is in Greek but there’s English subtitles so it’s fairly easy to follow - I’d highly recommend it (
) – having created a profile which I’m happy with I’ve encountered the following problem:I’ve mapped Man Range Up (SimRangeKnobUp) & Man Range Down (SimRangeKnobDown) to my X52 HOTAS mouse wheel, I also have the Radar Elevation mapped to the rotary by my thumb however this was accomplished via in game settings menu – both work really well in A2A mode.
The problem I have is when switching to A2G, strangely the mouse wheel function no longer changes the FCR range like it does in A2A, instead it does 2 functions – first it zooms the TGP which I’m OK with however it also slews the ground radar elevation at the same time, is this normal behaviour only if I zoom the TGP in & out too much it changes the radar’s elevation so it’s either looking straight up or down and that totally messes up the returns!
Many thanks in advance, super helpful forum members
