@Dram
My suggestion: I’ve you have an J20 indication abort the mission , turn and run…

Both Clients can connect to the server, but only one client will be able to enter the 3D world.

RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
I manually set the DRAM frequency to 2133 MHz, the maximum for my prozessor. I also recognize, that the BIOS overclocked the prozessor from 4200 MHz to 4500 MHz. I stopped this.
I don’t want to be euphoric yet, but the first tests looking promising that the problem is solved.
So standby for my final conclusion after more testflights under different conditions.
So thanks to all who tried to help slowing the issue.

What……
I‘ve no idea what you are talking about. This System is untouched since (I guess) 6 years.Unbelievable. I will check your recommendation and make the changes.
Thanks for that. I will let you know the result.

You will find all on my GDrive! -
RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
@Seifer
The first time this problem occur was with the U1 update.
I doesn’t matter witch theater, or if I fly SP or MP. Deploying the 120 ends up with this strange behavior in the endgame. So BVR with AMRAM makes no sense for me anymore.
(maybe I become a striker now… )
I had a longer conversation with @Mav-jp about this topic. He provided a “new” EXE for me that fixed the problem (of course only on my pc, not MP capable). I guess the EXE was compiled on another way… but I’m not a programmer. Maybe he has more information about it. So my big hope was that with U2 the problem was fixed. My PC is dedicated only for flying BMS (since years without any issues).
Windows 10, BMS, and some tools I need to drive my full-scale cockpit.
No OC or something like this.On my GDrive I provided some HW information (as pictures) that maybe help.
If you need more or other information please let me know.

RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
I can confirm, the AMRAM ist dead…
It started with U1 and continued with U2. The missile drives totally crazy in the endgame.Take a look to the ACMI at the missile I shot (KEULE) at 00:54:15, or enjoy the video!
Here is the Link to my GDrive : LinkIt is the craziest move of an 120 I ever saw.

Can you post the rest of the file?
please tell me what files you need.
My complete config folder? -

@LorikEolmin said in 4.37 killed the AMRAAM:
Might be the right time to post your whole .cfg file too (the active one).
My Falcon BMS user config is uploaded. (it is the same file like 4.37.0)
I didn’t make any changes in other files. -
RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
here we go: Link to GDrive
Test with the changed Falcon BMS user file:
2023-02-04_08-43-16_Alpha_SP_setup1.zip.acmiTest with changed MisData part 1 and original Falcon BMS user file:
2023-02-04_09-56-18_Alpha_SP_MisData1.zip.acmi
2023-02-04_14-14-05_Keule_SP_MisData1.zip.acmiTest with changed MisData part 2 and original Falcon BMS user file:
2023-02-04_14-51-09_Keule_SP_MisData2.zip.acmiThe result is always the same: The missile drives totally crazy at the endgame.
Additional information:
I’ve a dedicated PC only for BMS with Win10, Falcon BMS and some necessary tools to drive my pit. No VR! -
RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
I will make the tests you recommended.
Standby… (weekend is normally family time, I’ve to negotiate with my president…) -

Have you got your most recent acmi in SP ?
All files can be downloaded from the GDrive: Link
Recent SP file without any changes is: 2023-02-03_17-49-08.zip.acmi
Recent SP file with the recommended additional line in bms user.cfg is: 2023-02-03_19-49-14.zip.acmi
Recent MP file is: 2023-02-03_19-47-29.zip.acmiOn the MP file we could repro the strange missile behavior. Take a look at the second engagement Mustang6 Flight on the “veteran” MIG-29. Remarkable is the strange behavior in the endgame. Overall zero missile found the target at these engagement!

RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
Hey guys,
first, sorry for the dead link to my GDrive yesterday. It was a classic error 66.Here the Link again for everybody who wants to test the TE.
I’ve just flown the mission again, offline
Mustang 61, human
Mustang 62, AI
MIG’s, of course AII also provided the ACMI on the GDrive. (2023-02-03_17-49-08.zip.acmi)
In my opinion the first 2 missiles shot in the first engagement performed normally. The next missiles went wired again like in the other two tests. Especially in the endgame!
On the second engagement everything was ok.So I think I was only partial able to reproduce the strange behavior of the missile.
Next test will be in MP later on. -
RE: 4.37 killed the AMRAAM
We have tested the new features and improvements of AMRAMM. The ACMI files speak for themselves.
Small spoiler: none of the missiles has hit…
Falcon BMS 4.37.1
Theater: Balkan 1.07.1
Threat: Single Mig-29S, Level: RookieHere the link to my google drive with the files.

I have some spares from these thresholds -
RE: Electronic Flight Bag
at the moment I don’t really have an idea what to put in there. Fact is, the checklists will fly out.
The new pdf is so extensive that I will not transfer it to the EFB. -
Color of padlock box
There was once a way to configure the padlock so that the padlockbox appeared in the color of the respective team. This was a great help in a furball of 2 vs. 2 or 2 vs. many and compensated at least a little bit for the advantage of the AI, which always knows exactly who is who and does not depend on VIS-ID or similar. Is this mode still available?

RE: Electronic Flight Bag
Hello folks,
it took a while, but now the EFB for BALKAN is released.
For download see first post. -
RE: Electronic Flight Bag
@AlehandroGTI said in Electronic Flight Bag:
hello, how can the flight info section be more self-compiled based on the mission you are carrying out?
Use a pen and write the missing information in the appropriate place.
The EFB was designed to be used in a (replica) pit like a kneeboard. I use it on a Surface GO, with a pen, and then make all the notes in the EFB that I need for a flight. I take those few minutes.
It was never meant to be linked to other programs etc. Besides, I don’t have the programming skills to build something like this.
It is simply a collection and linking of information, nothing more!

RE: Electronic Flight Bag
The EFB 3.0 for the BMS version 4.36 is released.
You can find the download link in the first post. With the extensive changes for the airfields in South Korea and Japan, errors are more likely. So if you find something, please post it here.
