Ironing yourself can help a lot too.
I tried that, she wasn’t happy with the results, so I’m banned from ever doing that again.
Use a headset, plan your flights when she’s out or watching her favourite feel good series while ironing or something, get a mancave.
I’m lucky she allowed me to have a mancave and do weird stuff. The only thing she asked me to stop doing, was requesting taxi permission and landing permission when driving the car in/out the garage
Great looking program for a man my age with my vision.
I installed the latest version on the same drive as Falcon BMS 4.35 into folder E:\Program Files\YAME64. When I run the program the Global tab is blank and all the buttons on the bottom are greyed out. So it looks like the program can’t find Falcon and I can’t point it toward it.
Known issue: see https://www.yame64.com/how-to/ for more details
There are 2 main types of engines in F-16’s, and modeled in BMS. Some have 110%RPM gauges and others have 100% RPM gauges.
IIRC, but it’s been a while, at starting MFDExtractor for the first time, or adding the RPM gauge for the first time, it asks if it should be the 110 or 100 % one.
Try deleting your settings/config file of MFDE and try again.
For BMS 4.35 :
Yame64 doesn’t extract mfd’s, rwr, ded. All the other gauges work . ( BMS 4.33 is installed and 4.34)
Same issue MFDE has. It seems the switch to DX11 gives issues regarding extractions, mostly to Nvidia users, some others report no issues.
Is already mentioned here: https://www.yame64.com/how-to/
Which buttons on keyboard can i use for the CPD ?
There’s no 1 answer to this. It depends on the BMS keyfile you use.
When I test the BAF MLU (F-16 BAC in BMS) it should have the PW-220 but I see no change in FTIT behaviour when going from ON to OFF?
MFD’s and DED are messed up, they show something (just a bunch of lines) the rest work just fine
MFD, DED, RWR exrtractions in YAME are messed because they aren’t adjusted to the DX11 new in 4.35. All gauges that rely only on sharedmem data work fine. All items that rely on extracted textures won’t.
Pokeys is several times more expensive.
And several times more user friendly
But to each his own of course.
Why use Arduino for simpel panels & boxes? Pokeys for example requires no coding and can do the same.
