BMS shared memory for F15 shows wrong values
Hi,
The installation shared memory viewer shows wring values for radio2_frequency.
If you try set new radio2 values the shared memory viewer values may show different values.I’m not sure what is the case with the F16 and I haven’t checked other values the shared memory viewer shows for the F15. There may be more wrong values.
The same values are show in my C# shared memory viewer.

RE: C# Code for extracting shared memory
@VIPER-0 Yes, I’m aware of this. it contains the required headers.
As I mentioned, the SharedmemoryViewer under ./tools shows the correct data.
I am trying to use my existing C# reader to read data for my voice attack plugin.
It had worked for many years.
With the new version something got corrupt and I want to know if something had changed in the shared memory OSB classes.@dunc I was told you might be able to assist.

C# Code for extracting shared memory
Hi, were can I find a reference code for extracting shared memory using C# for the actual BMS shared memory?
For a long time I’ve been using C# code which originates from these 2 repositories: @oakdesign
oakdesign
&
lightningviper.
Both of the above after updating the headers, produce extra data for the MFDs/MPCD.
E…g:
osb in the released shared memory shows:- 10: M
- 11: A/A
With any of the github repositories it shows more data: - 6: IME ATE
- 7: LOBAL TATUS
- 8: INES CL
- 9: M VLUTTE
- 10: A/A ANGLE
Any idea what cab cause this difference?

F15 missing callback for "SimF15NciLightIntensityDec" "SimF15NciLightIntensityInc"
Hi,
In “TO 1F1 5 C 1 BMS.pdf” pg.56 it says that the “NCI Light Intensity” are controlled by:
SimF15NciLightIntensityDec & SimF15NciLightIntensityInc.
There are no such callbacks in any of the F15 keyfiles.
Which callback controls the “NCI Light Intensity” ? -
RE: Mission Commander beta release
@white_fang Mine loads fine, e.g. for Balkan theater U3.
I see all the units adn there are no loading errors -
RE: Are all the F15 commands in "BMS - Auto-F15ABCD.key"?
@airtex2019 yes, that was the question.
I’m in the process of creating another plugin for the F15 and I noticed that there are less commands in the F15.
e.g. the F16 has specific position commands while the F15 does not. (yet)
E.g. f16 has a command to “set air source to norm” while the f15 has a command to toggle it.
From a plugin perspective, toggling is not reliable unless you can now the current switch position.I guess they will keep adding commands in the future.

RE: Are all the F15 commands in "BMS - Auto-F15ABCD.key"?
@airtex2019
I understand that at this time it contains all the necessary command.BTW, my “BMS - Auto” contains ALL teh F16 commands.

Are all the F15 commands in "BMS - Auto-F15ABCD.key"?
Hi,
While the F16 has more then 1200 callbacks(“BMS - Auto.key”), the F15 has around 780(“BMS - Auto-F15ABCD.key”).
Is this right or does it also use callbacks from “BMS - Auto”?Thanks

RE: BMS with VR
@ljbaker82 if you have voice attack I recommend you install a plugin for VA which, for me is a MUST with VR.

RE: Ice’s Falcon BMS Profile Updated for BMS 4.37
@linknet
Thanks, I was hoping someone found a way but no.
I do the same when I want to set a know - set it to a knows value and modify. -
RE: Ice’s Falcon BMS Profile Updated for BMS 4.37
@linknet
I use the shared memory but this has a very limited information regarding knobs and buttons position.
I want to know if you managed to find a way to read all other knobs/buttons position apart from the ones in the shared memory. -
RE: Ice’s Falcon BMS Profile Updated for BMS 4.37
Hi,
Can this profile read the current state/position of various buttons/knobs in teh cockpit?
Id yes how do you read it?
So far I could not find a way to do this to implement in my VoiceAttack plugin.Thanks

Enter Preplanned threats in flight
Hi,
Steerpoints 56-70 are assigned as preplanned threats.
They are assigned before flight.
Can I add new “Preplanned threats” during flight?
Assuming I can simply key in the new points using the ICP, How would I enter the threat radius?
I can only key in lat/long/elev/tos -
RE: How can I disable movement in MC
@CheckPoint
Where is “Managed by HQ” Option?
BTW, I see there is a “Moving” option under Advanced, will that do anything?
