I have a problem with the script.
Sometimes it just quits on me and my throttle becomes unresponsive. Also sometimes, when stopping the script, TARGET crashes and I have to force quit it, resulting in faulty HOTAS readouts and the same unresponsiveness.
The latter happened quite often lately and I’m contemplating to drop TARGET entirely because the DX list is shuffled around and all my controls are a mess the next time I run BMS. It’s rather annoying. Does anyone have any idea about the cause?Eidt: running on Win10 64bit, multiple USB devices connected, including TIR, rudder pedals, external HD and the HOTAS.

Also, I sometimes experience TARGET SCript editor crashes upon stopping the script.
My computer then still thinks it’s seeing the combined hotas. Also, joystick input is then not recognized.
A system restart solvs the issue, but not always. -

I double click and nothing happens. running as admin won’t help either.Edit: executing in cmd as administrator helped.

CTD after exiting 3D world in DPRK strong campaign
I get a CTD while exiting the 3D world after a successful AI sortie.
If I exit the 3D world right after getting into the pit, it exits properly and the debrief window is shown.
If I take off and fly for a minute or two before exiting, there are no problems either.
Only when I fly the entire mission and RTB winchestered and Dakota.
I land, taxi to the parking area (wingmen still in the air) and exit the mission -> CTD.
Highly frustrating. Should I wait until all my wingmen have landed?
Or is this something else?Also, I get a reproducable CTD when I add flights to a package after fragging said package. I guess this is a known issue and the fix is to simply delete the entire package and frag anew.

I think what’s needed here is an LOD that contains just the legs… because all of the downloads I can find contain the legs and other cockpit components (HUD glass, switches, etc.) If one could have just the legs, it could be appended to any cockpitmodel2 LOD and be completely version independent. Does this sound right?

No, that’s not right. I wasn’t clear on what the “append model” function in LE does. It adds a model to the CT registry, rather than appending vertices/polys to an existing model as I suspected. Either way, I figured out that all F-16s except the AMs use a “cockpitmodel2” LOD and can therefore use the original legs-only model. Unfortunately, the AMs use a different setup of LODs and I couldn’t get them working. For them, I tried editing and replacing cockpithudmodel with 4.LOD as shown elsewhere in this thread, but couldn’t get it working. Maybe if I wasn’t trying to remove the legs using Edit LOD in LE, it would work? Not interested in a full body nor flying AM models anyway. Sorry. It would be possible to get all of these working in Balkans (and probably other theaters the same way) as well, but it would require changing the LODs in the 3dckpit.dat files for each aircraft… For some reason the Balkans theater guys felt it necessary to do each aircraft’s cockpit model differently?
To Install Pilot Legs for KTO in 4.33:
You will need any or all of these cockpitmodel2 CT#s:
For the 25/30/32/40/42/50/52/KF series jets:
• 2
• 3005
• 3089
• 3094For the A-15/B-15:
• 3005
• 3154For the IAF jets:
• 3128 (C/D 30)
• 3161 (D 40)
• 3143 (52+)
• 3154 (B)
• 3005 (A)Replace those CTs with onlylegs.lod by following these instructions:
Open LE and select the KoreaOBJ.HDR file from Data/Terrdata/objects, then:
• Next to the “Normal” button put in the new cockpitmodel2 CT# as listed above. (You’ll do this whole process for each number.)
• (Optional) Click “3-D Viewer” to confirm the model does not have the pilot legs
• Click the “Normal”
• Click the “1” button under the “Edit” button
• Click the “Select LOD” button and then OK
• Click the “Action” menu
• Click “Replace Model”
• Then select your “onlylegs.LOD” file
• Click “Go To,” then select CT Record to return to the start
• (Optional) Click 3-D Viewer to check that they were installed correctly.Any chance I can get this to work in Balkans with Blk 40?
Following these instructions, I still don’t get legs with certain Blocks, in the Balkans theatre. -

Confirmed kills only show as damaged in debrief
My vfs runs continuous campaigns on a server but very often, when the campaign reaches a certain point, every A-G kill achieved only shows up as damaged in the debriefing window, regardless of bomb or agm used.
This happened on the BfB standalone and on a ITO campaign on several occasions.
Since our server isn’t that powerful, we are using the script that inhibits elaborate 3D rendering for the server client. But that is highly unlikely to be related.
Any ideas what might cause this?PS: I’m sure this is a bug. An AGM65 should make short work of Humvees and BTRs. Same goes for GBU12 and CBU97. Indeed they explode and burn nicely, yet debrief says otherwise.

Did anyone using this server experience problems wherein A-G kills only registered as ‘damaged’ in the debrief, after the campaign was active for a while?
Using this server we have had this ‘bug’ pop up consistently in two separate campaigns. BfB standalone and ITO. -
Extraction question | 144Hz Gsync DP as main monitor, 60Hz/DVI for MFD extraction

I was wondering if I would run into any problems when connecting a secondary non Display/non Gsync monitor via DVI to my GPU for MFD extraction.
Will that monitor bottleneck my GPU output, downscaling any other connected monitor to 60Hz as well?Cheers

Hey guys,
my vfs, the 49th Black Diomands, has been hosting a continuous server for the past few weeks and so far far we completed the FO BfB SA version once and wanted to move onto ITO.
For some reason though, either after hours on the first day or after a couple of days(it seems random), clients are unable to enter the 3D world.
Even when saving the campagin progress and trying it offline, it won’t let me enter.
I just sit in the 2D world, flight fragged, DTC saved, ready to go aaaannnnd nothing. When I press ‘take off’, nothing happens.
Is this a known issue?Cheers,
