@airtex2019 It apparently will only let me map this thumbstick on the flight stick to FOV, but not actual head movement. I think the answer is I just need to get some kind of face tracking going on here.

X56 View Pan
I just got an X56 upgrading from my Extreme 3d Pro or whatever it was. So, I do not yet have or use track ir…and am wanting to use the thumb stick on the flight stick to free pan my view…but I cannot figure it out. Using the POV switch foe it currently which is clunky and I’d like to assign that to something else. Can anyone help, or is that just not how the little thumb stick works. Thank you guys

RE: A word of thanks…
I have brought it up to him and it did seem to peak his interest. Biggest problem is he spends every spare moment fly fishing or tying flies. I’ll see him tomorrow and let him know about the group and see if I can talk him into jumping back in the jet so to speak.

A word of thanks…
Just wanted to direct a word of thanks to the dev team of Falcon BMS. I grew up around the Viper as my father was an F-16 pilot for about 30 years and this incredible piece of art you have created has helped me to connect with him in ways I didn’t think possible. Our relationship has had significant ups and downs over the years and being able to experience this simulator has allowed me to feel connected to him when we may otherwise not be. Not only has it provided me incredible insight to the things he worked so hard to achieve, but has also given us something to talk about as I probe him for information and help in learning the aircraft and it’s systems. (To listen to him rip apart Krause’s radio calls and how-to videos is quite comical)
Anyways, you guys have obviously dedicated yourselves to providing a service without reward of great financial gains…and you should be reminded that it is so greatly appreciated. Thank you for what you have done for this community.

RE: Logitech 3D Pro
What I would love to see is the ability to use keyboard modifiers (shift, alt, ctrl) to enable multiple uses of each joystick button. I use this extensively in DCS to use my single coolie hat for trim control, TMS, CMS, DMS, etc.
I’m glad I just saw this, because I’ve been driving myself insane trying to figure out how to do it. Same situation, I’ve used modifiers in DCS so that my single hat has almost every function I need. Has anyone figured out perhaps a way to do this yet? BMS requires so much learning that I don’t want to spend most of it trying to memorize keystrokes, I want to get down to learning all the systems of the jet.
