From Boxer’s explanation of our agreement with Tommo :
@Boxer:
You will note from this that the Falcon BMS community add-on is made and distributed with permission from Tommo. That permission is conditioned on the install and runtime checks mentioned above as well as reinforcing that, in line with the BMS team’s long-time policy, Falcon BMS is only available for non-commercial uses.
From the end user license agreement :
You, the end-user, are granted non-exclusive, non-sublicensable rights to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not alter, transfer, modify, incorporate into or with other software or create a derivative work of any part of the product software without prior permission of the original author or license holder of that part. No ownership rights to the software and documentation are transfered to you. You may not use the software for purposes other than for which it is provided. You may not remove any proprietary, copyrights, trade secret or warning legend from any part of the software or documentation or copies thereof.
[…]
You represent and warrant that:
You will not use the files in any way that is not permitted by this Agreement;
Your use of the files will not violate any applicable law or regulation of any country, state, or other governmental entity.
This is a commercial use of BMS, that is against the terms of the license agreement , as well as against the long-term interests of BMS.
As a result, I’m closing the thread and editing the links. Thanks for understanding.
