Peter22, you won’t see the combined device unless you load TARGET.

RE: Windows 10 Sucks
Same issue with me. My Warthog Hotas has to be the first device in joy.cpl and Win 10 changes the order (and IDs) every damn time I boot up.
I tried loads of solutions (USB power settings, sleep settings etc) but the only thing that works is using a program called USBDeview by NirSOFT to uninstall the devices below the warthog and then plug them back in so that they appear beneath it.
Once I’ve done that, I don’t need to setup my damn mappings every time.
Cheers,
Del
What solved that issue for me was plugging everything except my flight related controllers into a powered USB hub and setting axismapping.dat and joystick.cal to read only.

RE: Sim Crashing
The crashing was apparently caused by my making keyfile assignments in game. That somehow corrupted the file, leading to the crashing. Making manual assignments has fixed the issue. Thanks, Badger!

RE: Sim Crashing
I think the problem is resolved. I reverted back to the build prior to a December 22 Win 10 update that also included NVIDIA and Thrustmaster drivers, restarted, and did a clean install of 4.33. So far, so good!

Sim Crashing
Everything worked fine until several days ago. Now, when trying to fly training TEs, I hit Takeoff, the loading screen completes loading and, instead of launching into 3D, the sim crashes. I’ve done several clean re-installs, and also tried the delete dx9display.dsp fix, but no joy. Video card drivers are up to date. There was also a recent Win 10 update. My specs: i5-3570K, GeForce GTX 760, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10. Any ideas about how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Anyone else had this mouse issue?
I am also experiencing an issue with my mouse no longer rotating knobs. The BMS.cfg file is set to “g_bMouseWheelKnobs 1”. Is anyone aware of a solution other than doing a reinstall or deleting axismapping.dat and joystick.cal and resetting all axis? My OS is Windows 10 and I’m using DonLDnk’s profile for the TM Warthog.

RE: DonLduk's Profile (4.33)
Problem resolved by unplugging pedals from a USB 3.0 port and into a USB 2.0, the same type the HOTAS was plugged into. So simple! Again, thanks for your hard work and great profile.

RE: DonLduk's Profile (4.33)
First of all, great job and thanks for the detailed instructions! I’m having difficulty with setup, however. After I run the script, I’m able to verify that Thrustmaster Combined is controller 0 by running dxdiag and my Saitek pedals are controller 2. However, when I open Falcon and load the keyfile to set the controls in the Advanced Options, the pedals are identified as 0 and Thrustmaster Combined as 1. Any thoughts on what is wrong and how I can correct it would be greatly appreciated? I’m running Windows 10, if that’s of significance.
