so what I do, because the way my stuff is set up, there is just going to be some noise from another source is I set my computer up for my headsset with the playback devices page by disabling the speakers , then I star falcon, once I hear falcon in the headset I alt+tab, then, I switch the default device to the speakers, then I make sure that the microphone is still set as default communication device…sometimes right here, youll get a CTD…then you go back into falcon, whatever you are doing will be on your headphones and everything else will be on the speakers, at lest it works for me and im using windows 10 but sometimes when i go through that process i get ctd’s. everything soundwise is HDMI or 3.0, i’m not a hardware wizard or a modder or wrote a file or have a soundcard I just changed the settings. I suppose if you get fancy with winamps or something you cold probably get music and maybe even ivc working to some extent. I don’t record video or audio, so there is a possibility that if you plan on it, this would cause some microphone problems because USB historically sucks when taking in duel channel input, or output, tbh. My background is music and construction so I’m probably wrong somehow but it is what it is.
