Hello guys,been awhile,havent flown in awhile.
Dealing with wife,s cancer,my broken neck and spinal stenosis and everything else.
Anyway,i see you released 4.36 and wanted to start flying again when i have time.
I downloaded,installed,made my changes and of course i edited the config file, not the new user file.
Im a dumbass,ha anyway,i didnt even remember how to start the jet .
I saw all the changes made,got some reading to do.
So i managed to fire it up, taxied,took off,swung around and landed.
Just to see how bad i was. Well landing was smooth as butter which surprised me,ha.
The short flight seemed very smooth,noticed the brakes are better,fps was great ( i know,just training )
So congrats to all,well done.
Hoping to actually find time here and there again.
Now to start fiquring out all the changes.

Wow,you guys are so over my head,i feel like a idiot ( of which i am ) but appreciate all the help.
Anyhoo,so i went in my key file and replaced the deselect key to sim do nothing and added the 1 instead of 0 in the config file .
Started foxvox , went in the library,cleared the ptt assigned then reassigned the ptt with the comm 1 down.
Sure enough,the same two keys showed up .
So i simply clicked on the key i dont want and deleted it .
Now when i started bms i went in my settings,loaded my file and now where it used to say deselect,its simply says bms full which is my profile
But flew a mission and it worked better than i expected, no problems,had to repeat words once in awhile but still learning .
Anyhoo, tinker time.

@Chuckles hey hey,started the first campaign today, did a flight, first off, looks great .
Took off from the airport with the f16’s.
Noticed the light switches in pit not right and of course the defense vehicles lined across the runway.
Managed to avoid them on both take off and landing .
End mission,trying to move both units in the city there.
Havent checked or flown again yet to see if they moved off base .
Just things i saw in the first mission.

@eddropper ez watch is just a part of ez bat.
I should check that thread there, didnt have time to check ez bat thread, probably already known from other theaters, i assume somalia will have the same problem.

Yeah i edited all three start loop end.
Check at -9000 tomorrow.
And ok on the old file.

@CriticalMass yep, i followed your script.
I edited my file like yours.
Except i edited the target line too. Fiqured if i messed up,just delete it and open a fresh download of the script.
Im sure i shouldnt have to do this but until logic fixes the problem,it works for me.
Let me check something today.
Im hesitant to tell others this works when im sure its not right .
Im assuming every theater would have to be edited in the script that you want to play.
Hopefully logic will chime in with the correct procedure.

@eddropper ok,i took a flight today from pacifico, all went well till landing. atc directed me to land on the left runway and of course that runway was bombed,dumbass!!!
of course the craters didnt show up till right at touchdown.
anyway my ppts stayed this time so i dont know what i did.
ez board still does not show up on kneeboards, i checked,redid it to make sure version 9. no joy.
it works in korea though.
also my fps took a good hit at the airport,manageable though,dropped down to the 40,s.
probably due to all the aircraft ,busy airport.
all in all,cant complain,i do want my knee boards though, updated to each mission.
ez board works good for me as i dont mess with mc.

Edit,i might have fiqured out ez board,at least now it regonize’s the theater. Find out next time in pit.
Edit again, got ez board working now, at least in panama.

@jcook sorry,im confused.
Did you not save your personal settings in your config from 4.35.

remove your logbook from your config file temporarily and replace with your backup logbook that you saved somewhere, right!
i understand your file still shows up in sim,this would just show if something messed with that file, not all the other files u saved for your personal settings. maybe one of those bad.
just guessing here.

@jcook hopefully you still have a copy of your logbook,delete or remove and try with your backup copy.

@Punisher ok,sorry about that. have u tried a different profile in trackir, does it still do the same in all profiles?

Are u doing your alignment in sim,on ground and once in flight
Your visor alignment with hud
Not sure thats what u mean.
I know if u dont align and look left, your visor wont show.

Can you raise your antialiasing level up, yours is at 0, mine set to 16.
Dont know if that will help or even if you can raise it

@white_fang thats about what i did,made a backup of the orignal kto file,then copied the mod to whatever theater.
I still have to remember to do it !!!
Hell,with mod i can now hear the wind effect when the air brakes are open.
Thats nice,could allmost feel it now .

@TxMtb nope,dosent work in google drive or a download manager.
