@Radium I know, difficult indeed. I’m just looking for a closer look on the engine instruments and the fuel system

RE: Leo Bodnar inputs partially working in Falcon BMS
So, just wanted to update you all.
Using the AL, it first was giving me the error msg I mentioned above so I used the test version. This one worked at first and the day after it was not working anymore. Again my inputs were not working.
In the meanwhile the latest AL was released and this one is doing the job. I have no explanation or I didn’t do anything in particular.
In 2D I still have the same fishy behavior but AL saved me! -
RE: Leo Bodnar inputs partially working in Falcon BMS
@Atlas Just gave it a try and no luck neither.
When double clicking so I can assign a button in the “Keymapping” section, I get this;
When checking the log file I’ve got this;
*Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array’s lower bounds.::Source: mscorlib
Target Site: Void Copy(System.Array, Int32, System.Array, Int32, Int32, Boolean)
Message: Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array’s lower bounds.
Details:Exception Data: System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal*

RE: Leo Bodnar inputs partially working in Falcon BMS
Well, the switch doesn’t hold a command, I click in the command list and flip the switch on that moment. Worked as a charm in the past. So I must do it in 2D. I know sometimes it’s not always top but I was able to manage it all the times. As long as I have a button appearing I can work with it.
Just a silly question, with AL you mean … ?

RE: Leo Bodnar inputs partially working in Falcon BMS
@Icarus Nope, already tried that… . I also went back to a complete clean install of Falcon but no luck.
Another example is like;- FCR ON --> Button 279
- FCR OFF --> should be Button 280 but it’s not being recognized…
The example above is applicable for all buttons having ON-ON
And the most wondering thing is, that is working perfectly in other apps like DCS…

Leo Bodnar inputs partially working in Falcon BMS
Hi,
Since I’m on Falcon 4.37.3 I had to reset my inputs. Nothing special and I did it numberous times bfore however this time it fails.
I’m using Leo-Bodnar Button BOX and BU0836X with ON-ON switches. When checking in the Devices area, the boards are doing their work perfctly as before however in Falcon, when assigning them to a command they are only recognizing 1 input from the button instead of 2 (or more).
Example; Air Source rotating switch (12 positions, 4 used) --> I can assign 1 command in Falcon only.
However when I check in the device itself all are perfectly working.
Another point, in DCS, these assignments are working perfectly so it must be something Falcon related.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Error message during installation 4.37.2
Hi,
I’m doing a new install on my desktop however I’m experiencing an error message:
I followed these steps;
- Install Falcon 4.0 (via Steam)
- Install Falcon BMS 4.37 (OK)
- Install Falcon BMS 4.37.1 (OK)
- Install Falcon BMS 4.37 (Error message)
Any idea how to solve this?

RE: BMS CTD on Multiplayer connection
Hi, just so say the problem has been solved. Solution:
- Delete 4.35 files that were still alongside (so @Seifer , you might have been correct pointing to a version conflict of the cfg file)
- Update to 4.36.1
Thanks all!

RE: BMS CTD on Multiplayer connection
Not sure anymore but it could be replacing it with my previous user files.

RE: BMS CTD on Multiplayer connection
I will try adapting the bandwith flow and report back. If still occuring I will look for a crashdump.
Note I always used 2048 and 1024 (stable on my side since ages ). But of course in IT-world it doesn’t mean anything, maybe with 4.36 these legacy parameters are simply not usable. -
BMS CTD on Multiplayer connection
Hi,
I’ve got something strange. I have been flying a while offline only and I wanted to restart multiplayer activities.
When I launched my BMS, I was connecting to a server (2048 download & 1024 upload, something I used all the time).
I successfully connected, IVC was launched, BMS was up, I saw the other players on the server and all of a sudden BMS shuts down. No error msg, nothing. After a reboot, I tried again and now BMS just closes when I connect to a server.
Network wise all looks good (incl ports). Except a standard windows firewall, I got no other security apps. I added the complete Falcon folder to the exceptions and already added all Falcon exe’s to the firewall exception list. Just to test I also deactivated firewalls but no luck.So in short; it worked a few seconds but it’s now by default shutting down BMS when I connect. In offline mode all OK.
Any ideas?
Kind regards

MFD Extractor not working
Hi all,
Since I have been rewiring and updating my pit, I missed the 4.35 release. So I started with 4.35 and I’m unable to make my MFD’s working (extracting via MFDE).
Any suggestions?Kind regards,

Thanks!
