@ Admin - Please consider adding Falklands Add-on to the Americas Sub-Catagory - Once done I will make some postings there regarding the DB construction, goals, and progress… BTW, progress continues but mostly on Dev Forum (sorry can’t post most work). However, I will attempt to provide some updates of info in the public forum IAW BMS policy.

RE: Nordic Theater New jet issues and tips
Hi Daisan,
Sorry for the late reply - been pretty sick. Have recovered - yeah!
The Qawa F5 if I recall was one of Qawa’s quick under the table job that sort of popped up and he made available.
I am not sure what pit he used as a template maybe the F-104. Also, I have packed away all my Falcon dev stuff, I am getting ready to move to Colorado in a couple of weeks and the computers won’t be unpacked and ready to go until Mid August. If memory is correct, there is a lot of user stuff in the Nordic install if you check the NTO data folder ~ the old cockpit art subfolder - there is a text file I wrote listing all the flyable aircraft in NTO. Then look for the F-5 and find it’s folder number and open that folder and you will find a file that will list info about the pit. I think Qawa’s F-5 pit was based on his F-104 pit and if my memory is correct you should be able to go into the DOCs folder for the NTO install and find the F-104 switchmap . . . If I had my computer I could drill down into the install and find the exact file names and folders - but you can do the same thing to find these files you want and those should help you out.

RE: JAS 39 Gripen
I sincerely hope Manos decides to resume work on JAS-39 C/D Gripen. This is a centerpiece model for modern cams. Similarly, love to see JA-35 Drakken some day too. Every theater really needs a few top-notch models for the game. The package should be primary model, 3d cockpit, and of course 3d models for wings view. Dreaming is always nice and inspires others to do the same when said dreams are brought to reality.

RE: Nordic V2.1 bugs and issues
At the moment I don’t have anything more on the list than what is posted . . . here. I won’t go so far as to say anything is possible. But, if you don’t ask or bring it up - it most likely won’t get on the list to do

RE: Nordic gives black screen only
Ned,
I think it will be very difficult to replicate this . … I only have Win10 installed on my primary computer. I have a laptop with Win7 but it won’t run BMS at all . . . without having a working computer to test, I won’t be much help. Up to now I haven’t tried to rebuild the db with 3ddb tool - that might be work a try . . . I did all my work on Nordic using a combination of LODEditor, F4Browse, and BMSEditor. So, using the first two tools could have sabotaged the DB . . . perhaps using 3ddb tool can fix a few things?

RE: Nordic gives black screen only
if this is related to the theaterdefinition file, that seems to suggest a theater switching issue. There are several ways that I know of to write theater swtiching - but the code may actually “prefer” a specific folder structure such that most things swtich properly . . . part of this is perhaps running a program like winmerge on the working vs. non-working theater on the art folder to ensure all other things being equal it genuinely is a folder structure issue and not some specific file being used that is missing something.
