I just installed the new 4.38 version.
From 1st impression, it is outstanding.
All the new features, the new campaigns, the graphics . . . fantastic.I started the 1st new campaign and made few missions, again i have seen here so many changes that all other sims dream to have.
4.38 is the best version of BMS.
Kudos to the DEV team and all who have made this great SIM.

I wish . . . that the CANOPY JETTISON will be functional on the next updates/versions.
On my last mission i did a flameout landing, landing gears collapsed, i was too slow and driftted to the side of the runway.
Couldn’t open the canopy and wished i could use the CANOPY JETTISON . . . -

What should I spend my time on? I tried starting a Dynamic Campaign, but that still felt a bit scary and overwhelming. Maybe just going through training again?
I’ve joined a group that has a nice training program, unfortunately they don’t seem to be that active (in my timezone at least)
Go ahead and start a campaign, jump into the cold water and have fun.
Start by flying BARCAP missions that are over BLUE area.
Try to learn how to communicate with package members & AWACS. Get familiar with airctaft system and configuration.Gradually, after u get the experience, turn to AG missions, there will be lots of action in this missions.

More results after test i done (at night time . . .):
Because “M16 SQUAD” figure is actually a “MORTAR figure” i tried to found another one that is actually a soldier holding rifle.
I found that the `HQ M16 SQUAD’ figure is the one -Few problems :

One of my favorite aspect of the SIM is the ability to change/alter units and see how they
behave
.I do this using the EDITOR & MC.
I have an idea to give life to airbase by putting personal units at it. The `humans’ should be scatter around the base.
This is a work in progress and for now i have one main issue and need help on this problem :
I chose the base M16 SQUAD unit, changed all its structure to 42 M16 SQUAD & 2 HMMVW.
The problem is that while in 3D all figures are MORTAR PERSONAL.
I checked the individual M16 SQUAD 3d object in the EDITOR and it shows as MORTAR PERSONAL.
So, is that a DEV work to solve or can i do something to change it to actually a personal holding M-16 ?

Thing i noticed while driving my jet to DEAGU city . . .
I heard that in DEAGU city is the best pizza place in S.KOREA, so i decided to drive my jet and try their pepperoni pizza.
Down the road i tried to use the bridges to pass over rivers, but all of them look like they are not “blended” to the ground, so my F-16 turned into a big ball of fire . . .
are all bridges behave like that, only vehicles can pass them but not aircraft ?
Not very serious subject but it is interest me why bridges configured like that.

The first thing i noticed on my first 4.37.3 mission was the big change in objects and cockpit (f-16) quality.

AAR Orgy - BLUE force
Playing with a TE i made to explore different types of aircrafts that use AAR. I will update this subject from time to time.
Several types has graphics issues (connection point) that need to be fixed by the DEV team.Things i found while making the tests :
Each model got its own AAR altitude/speed, so the tanker is changing its alt/speed according to the next aircraft in line.
Kc-10 gives “basket fuel service” only to one aircraft at a time . . . i don’t know if in RL tanker can refuel 2 at the same time . . .
Some models can do the initial connection during the tanker turnning phase and some don’t. All those that made the connection while tanker is flying straight, keep the connection later when tanker turns.
Few models, after they make a successful AAR, get to some distance from tanker and after few minutes ask to refuel again, this time a very short AAR (they almost have max fuel from previous AAR).

If anyone was “offended” from sharing my thoughts then i apologize.DEV team has all my and other respects for their hard work. They do it at their spare time while we simmers enjoy flying the SIM at this time.
Have no doubt, I still stand behind what i wrote earlier but i only shared my opinion.
DEV team should at list be able to hear others opinions. -

HARRIER GR.3, JAGUAR A, JAGUAR GR.3 RAF, KC-10, KC-130H, KC-135E, KC-135R, KDC-10 - All AAR ok.
HARRIER GR.3 - Not sure, but this model should AAR using probe-and-drogue. Here it is done by flying boom (RED CIRCLE in the picture).
JA-37 VIGGEN & MB-339 do not have AAR capabilities, as in RL.

@b0bl00i you can press resuplly for the weapons list + add all missing aircrafts so you have a complete squadron for your own missions.
