Does it let you shoot missiles to or is it like just flying fighter jets around with no combats like flying commercial passenger planes in Microsoft FS?
No missiles in stock FSX. Microsoft FS is successor of FSX, though IMHO FSX is much better sim.
If you want combat, use add-ons like TACPAC or Superbug, milviz, razbam etc. Superbug is very nice but I don’t have TACPAC so I can’t tell much.
Because you want combat with IFR, I suggest checking out VRS Superbug addon or TACPAC compatible combat aircraft.
If you want peaceful flights,
You can check out high fidelity planes like PMDG. Stock planes are good for learning, though you will find them less appealing if you prefer Falcon-ish level simulations.

Looking for the exact color scheme in RRGGBB of the BMS F-16 interior boards (not panels).
Screenshot followed with color picker tool in image processing software like PS or Paint.NET might do the trick and show color in RGB or hex. Sorry I can’t check, I am away from PC.

I have read somewhere in manual that Y band is exclusively used for A-A channels by AI and all ground channels use X band.
Also AIP manual has TACAN channels listed

I am experiencing a bug when I “ramp” start. No ai flight will takeoff and the ai seem to stop mid taxi and despawn after a few minutes of just sitting there. Taxiways are grid locked by the time I get my craft started and rolling. I noticed in satellite view, the ai will stop a few hundred feet before reaching the active runway and just sit there and disappear one flight at a time.
I’m hoping I can find a solution here. Just started happening the other day. I am reinstalling everything atm. Thanks gentsedit*This “bug” first occurred on 4.33u1 and still occurs on 4.33 and 4.33u2. Re-install did not fix the issue. Game was playing fine a few days ago.
Used to happen to me in 4.33 U1. Upgraded to U2 and it got fixed.
Until then only fix is start from Runway instead of ramp.
Annoying part was other AI flights behind my stuck bot wingman would stop behind too causing taxiway traffic jam.
[SARCASM]Oh and height of unfairness is I would get flamed by AI ATC for disrupting traffic if I did this while they don’t receive well deserved flame[/SARCASM]
Since there is a lot to remember, has anyone created a check list of things to do in order to properly acquire, lase and release LGB’s? Same for mavericks. Looking for a basic how to. I have watched the videos that I could find and I always seem to forget something and fail. Quite frustrating.

I have not tested this yet because i don’t want to change it. Just found when browsing acdata.
OP wants to change FOV of “L” keypress ‘look closer’ zoom.
He doesn’t want to change TGP FOV.

The FOV change by “L” is a hardcoded value. It cannot be changed as per the manual.
