In the UI and in-game, there is noticeable crackling in audio if my sound device is set to output anything higher than 48KHz. It is most noticeable in the radio communications playing in the menu or in-game. The menu music sounds fine. In other games, I can run 96KHz (max) with no audio crackling, so this problem is unique to BMS. I was wondering if anyone had figured out a solution to this other than lowering the sample rate on my audio device.
For context, I also use Steelseries GG virtual audio channels, which upsample the audio to 96KHz, and there is no way to reduce this manually in the application. The only workaround I have is to close out the virtual audio channels and run the entire mix through my Arctis Nova Pro headset while lowering the sample rate in the device itelf to 48KHz.
