RE: LGB Falling Short (including AI)
i bet this is the problem. Forgetting the laser is in training mode. I have missed so many times because of the default setting. Wish there was a way to make this not the default

RE: My win10 64bit could not run bms 4.33 64bit
i have almost the exact same setup as yourself except that i have 6 gigs of ram and i have no issues at all running. I also have the same video drivers and card as you. so i am thinking it doesnt have to do with windows. Has to be something else. have you made any changes using the configurator in bms? or are you trying to run stock from install?

RE: Lofting Spice wepons not possible?
Thanks…i know jdam only, thats all i have been trying with sense you said spice wouldnt. I also had read about the 1.6 second rule and the 3 sec rule when lofting more then one. I have tried 25, 30, 35 degrees lol…I think i got them to come off one time out of maybe 20 tries lol…
i have held the pickle so long that i went from my initial pull up at 200 feet to 15K feet lol…and they never came off…Guess i just have to keep practicing. I am sure its something i am doing wrong, sooner or later i will figure it out. I would go with the Delhila or something but in the ITO theater there damn near on top of you from where i am taking off so not a whole lot of room to work.

RE: Lofting Spice wepons not possible?
Thanks Uri…I have tried and tried to relive that tutorial of yours but no matter what i do i just can not get the bombs to come off…I have tried putting in 25 for the pull up ive tried 30, 35 lol…i made sure to set it to ripple 2 as i was dropping on two targets. I have pushed the pickle down and held it before i pulled up and ive waited until i pulled up…seems no matter what i do the fall line keeps rising instead of coming back to my FPm…
ive tried doing it at 400KNTs and 540KNTS…just not sure what im doing wrong…

RE: Lofting Spice wepons not possible?
ok thanks…doesnt really help against a patriot though. as they have what 68KM that they can engage…I was trying to do some low level drops using the jdam 31’s but i just can not seem to get them to come off when i pull up at the loft que. Not sure what im doing wrong, maybe i will do some practice with just low level, level delieveries.

Lofting Spice wepons not possible?
i was trying a training mission and i flew in to the target at about 150 feet above ground as i was going to try and loft the bombs so as i would be as low as possible until i had to be. But i never got the loft cue as you normally do when you are very high. Is it not possible to stay as low as possible and get q that tells you to pull up to say 35 degrees and release the bombs?

RE: Simulating the Su-24 shootdown.
Yes… Read his questions… “IN 4.33 there is only Korea” Jack ass!
but your answer is only marginally correct, as well as Agave is. In 4.33 there is only korea, But you can put ITO as well as Balkins into it as well. Those are already ported over. So the OP being new may not know that. And being that he is wanting something close to over in that area ITO may be something for him.
So to just answer it as NO…when you could have said, yes the stock only comes with Korea but you can install a mod theater may have garnered a differnt answer from Agave.

RE: Saitek X-52 Profile
thats all the buttons that are in the profile. Everything else is done in the keyfile. So if you want to see you will have to open it in the key file
-
RE: Saitek X52 is TRASH!!!
along the same lines as this post, I have the X52 normal and i have been able to map all buttons in game, but i am wondering…is there a way to use the pinky key without having to use the SST software? I also have the issue where it blinks on and off while in game and so that causes it to recalibrate where ever the stick was, which then makes it way out of wack.
So i just turned off the profile and everything works fine except i no longer get the use of my pinky as a shift. Is that only possible if you are running a profile?
EDIT:after reading this post
Calm down, just get beta drivers from madcat for win10 and set keys in game. Will work fine.I actully went out and got those drivers u spoke of and all be damn but i was able to do a whole flight with out my stick losing calibration. Funny it even made some of the buttons in the sst work that were not working before.
so thank you for the post. i didnt know they had any drivers out yet. -
RE: Saitek X-52 4.33 Profile
yes thank you, i was able to change the keys. But i am noticing that because i have to use sst now for a profile its causing the stick to constantly recalibrate for what ever reason. which is causing mass issues in game. I think it has something to do with not enough power to the joystick because its usb.
I may have to buy a USB hub that just powers in by itself -
RE: Saitek X-52 4.33 Profile
oh you are a god send. thank you so much. question if i want to switch a button do i need to just do it under the dx area in the key file editor?
-
RE: Saitek X-52PRO Profile UPDATED 3-30-12
HD do you think your non pro version will still work with 4.33 if i drop it in?
-
RE: Saitek X-52 Profile
from the looks of things we are better off just buying a x52 pro version lol. seems more people use those than the normal version. I was able to map most of the things i needed in game itself to buttons, but of course i dont have use of my pinky key for shift to allow me to use my hat keys for other binds. I know it can be done i just for the life of me can not figure out DX.
-
X52 normal profile?
is it possible for someone to port over the key file for an normal x52? i currently have the starter edition of excel so it wont let me use the macros. And all though i know that the key file is a masterful work of art, i for some reason just can not
seem to grasp how to copy and paste my old key file into the new format.Unless someone could do a write up on how exactly to use it for people without the starter. I was able to just place my old key file into 4.33 and most of it does work, but i am thinking there are alot of things that are missing.
and i dont believe my joystick is setup with the DX inputs, though im not sure it needs to be. -
RE: Changing Campaign in WDP
Glad to see it worked. I also love WDP, it helps alot in the game.
-
RE: Changing Campaign in WDP
yes balkans actully installs a seperate folder that will have all the same files, sometimes they may even be named the same as the korea one. inside of your falcon bms 4.32 folder you will see a data folder, and inside there you will find a folder called addon-balkan etc. Thats the one you need to be looking in for your files

RE: Weapon Delivery Planner released
Hi,
I does not make sense to start reinstalling .Net when a tool starts up fine. If you get a crash, the only thing you have to do is read what the error message is telling you.
And you don’t need to be a coder to have a clue what is going onLook at the beginning of the report, “Index was outside the bounds of the array” and “at WeaponDeliveryPlanner.cntDataCard.CreateWeatherList()”
This means that WDP has a problem when creating the weather list.Any information on the mission you are using? Theater? Weather?
Gr Falcas
sorry i only reinstalled .net because i had read somewhere earlier that it would take care of it.
The campain i am flying is the Korea strong campaign, weather i guess would be the weather it creates. far as i know its stock korea that comes with 4.32 BMS -
RE: Weapon Delivery Planner released
Falcas i am getting this error when i run the program on windows 10. i have uninstalled .net 3.5 and 4.5 and reinstalled them and i still got what is below. can you make heads or tails of it?
it seems when i get this error it wont save anything but the data card main file. none of the pictures are saved. I am not sure about the DTC yet, i am going to go in game and see. I have closed WDP and reopened it and still the same error soon as i try to load a mission file
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.************** Exception Text **************
