RE: Link 16 things you want in the next update
So my Link 16 things wishlist is following:
General system features:
-Possibility to set transmission power aswel as set receive only mode.
-Possibility to zero the keys (just like it is with IFF already) making system useless
-DTC initialization procedure
-Multiple channel selection for fighter to fighter aswel as mission control
-HMCS integration (for showing PDLT and so)Fighter to fighter related:
-SEAD datalink
-AMRAAM shoot lines (you will know at wich targets your buddies guide AMRAAMs at)
-Lock lines for wingmen AA tracks
-Secondary target transmission
-HTS triangulation
-Expanded data format for friendly aircraft
-All the basics like transmitting SPI, markpoints, friendly positions and soMission Control related (AWACS and so on):
-Expanded data format (to see things like type of threat), that would get rid of the radio clutter as it would be no longer needed to use declare!
-Mission Assignment for things like CAS and so on (AI AFAC would transmit those messages when you are CAS flight and you check in). WARNING! Knowing what is MA may make you banned on ED forum, so use that knowledge with care
-Mission Assignment for AA targets (AI AWACS would send them for CAP, SWEEP and interception flights).
-Friendly tracks (air defense, non air defense, naval and so)
-Enemy tracks (air, naval, air defense, non air defense ground targets)You got a lot of info on L16 there:
http://falcon.blu3wolf.com/Docs/MLU_M3.pdfGenerally speaking L16 would be my biggest wish for BMS at this time. Hope it will come at some point (i know it won’t be soon but i am rather petient men).
For IFF to be fully operational and Link16 to be used first requirement is to havea realistic GCI/AWACS controller interface. Otherwise Link16 Voice or other commands like CAP points, Threath circles etc… would not also be used.

RE: Link 16 things you want in the next update
Link 16 would always be limited without a real GCI/AWACS controller interface. (preferably with ESM support)
So Controllers can do assignments, CAP point sends, area geometry sends( SAMs, faors…), Identifications and many other capabilities…
Since falcon is about realism any air mission in RL can not be done without C2 and C4ISR this huge gap needs to be closed. -
RE: [Release] Flying PAR/GCA approaches in BMS with vPAR/FSUIPCEmulator
It is such a great software. I just happen to discover lately.
Is there a way to develop it further?
Or is there a way to contact software developer? -
RE: Bugs / Problems Ikaros v4.0.0
there is no Turkish C-130, or CN-235 cargo A/C, there is no THK cargo aircraft at all
Thats a great work anyhow thank yo very much for all the effort

RE: HELLAS (IKAROS Theater)
Hi,
I downloaded it tonight and made a test flight. Goodwork :bdance:
Two things I discovered.1. Distance markers on kaklic ab is on the runway.
2. Types of Turkish Aircraft are not including new version that TurAF has.
Will add more if I discover. -
RE: Ff you could have one thing in the next update it would be…
The war in general I think could use a lot of work. Rules of engagement, better ATO management, and so on. Proper rules of engagement would add not only a ton of realism, but would make it much more interesting deciding whether or not to kill things. As for the ATO, I’d really like to see proper planning of air assets - that is, far more airplanes flying less missions each. The end result would be a similar amount of action, handled in a much more realistic way. Airplanes should have a downtime of at least 6-8 hours, if not more. Right now it’s just one hour. The ATO also needs work, as we all know. Besides all the suicide missions it plans, it would be nice if it could generate missions much farther in advance, maybe even all of a day’s missions at once, like a real one.
Anyway, this is just what I’d like to see done in the future, if only I ran the world.
Fly safe!
The ATO and ACO stuff can for the most part be usefull when there is an GCI/AWACS interface integrated into Falcon with working radios. Plus limited control over AI flights. A controller will decide who will engage which target so when he decides that human pilots will engage he should at least assing another target to AI flight, give them a safe heading or give hold for few minutes like real life with datalinks and radio commands.
Thats why I wish that a realistic AWACS interface is created for the next release.
