Hey.

Hello
I’ve been try to use this kind of delivery also and I find out some good info. in the Docs folder.
1. the F-16 COMBAT AIRCRAFT FUNDAMENTALS - Multi-Command Handbook 11-F16 Vol5 Pages 276 - 278
2. the Basic Employment Manual F-16C Pages 506 - 512.
Both describing the LGB-LOFT delivery method.
After I read those manuals I was able to try it by myself.
You can find the result here:
1st bomb release condition:
initial alt. before pull up: 100 ft [AGL]
pull up speed: 560 knots [CAS]
distance from TGT at the pull: 6 nm
release angle: 30 deg
release alt: 1000 ft [AGL]
after the bomb released: I started a gentle left turn (40deg) put the throttle in idle position and climb to 6000 ft [AGL] and lock the TGT with the TGP
2nd bomb release condition:
initial alt. before pull up: 92 ft [AGL]
pull up speed: 567 knots [CAS]
distance from TGT at the pull: 6.2 nm
release angle: 34 deg
release alt: 1050 ft [AGL]
after the bomb released: I started a gentle left turn (40deg) put the throttle in idle position and climb to 6000 ft [AGL] and lock the TGT with the TGP
As you can see this kind of delivery method won’t work in heavy protected area because you may end the maneuver at high alt (6K ft AGL).
Hello all.
I’m having some trouble with my X65F.
The throttle seems to be not calibrate and I can’t move it all the way back to idle position.
When I try to take it all the way back it still show me that there is some power output.
Those pictures show what I mean - The throttle it’s all the way back.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Hey Blu3wolf and thanks for your comment.
What I’m trying to do is to set the trigger to both actions: 1st and 2nd trigger detent.
How do I set it to be “shifted command”?
Thanks a lot !
Hello guys.
Does someone know how to set first trigger detent with the X65F ?
Do I need to use the in game setup or should I do it via the Saitek program?
Thanks!
You cannot assign more than one targets per steerpoint.
Each assigned target must have its own dedicated steerpoint.
I think you are wrong…all you have to do is to choose the same S.P number for the target and click assign.
No, you can drop multiple JDAM on multiple targets in one pass with any JDAM AC. But it’s not as simple as it was in 4.32 …. for each bomb, you need to select the steerpoint (or a target SPI?), pickle, then repeat for each bomb. Easily done, but not a single pickle.
As I said, the F-16I “SUFA” can drop multiple bomb in one pickle.
Refer to the “ITO Training Missions” pages 9-10 :
Hey eagle-15
@eagle-15:
hi guys
1. how can i set more than one targets in one steer point ?
You can use the RECON in the UI screen to do so.
2. i saw a video showing …. and air crafts hit 4 targets using jdam bobms in one pickle … can it be in falcon bms ?
Yes it is possible. But I think only the F-16I “SUFA” have this kind of capability. Refer to the “ITO Training Missions” pages 9-10.
