I’ve been reading through how to set the controls properly on my Thrustmaster T-flight Hotas X. At the moment, I’ve only just did a quick bind of NWS, landing gear, airbreak, trim, just general flight stuff to get myself in the air and learning the jet.

So reading through the manuals, it basically shows that in AA , AG mode some controls do different things. So I’m wondering if I bind controls for lets say AG mode is it possible to over lap AA controls over the top, so when I’m in either modes it just uses the commands for that mode. Then use pinky shifting for extra controls? Or does BMS just ignore what mode your in?

Also I’m thinking about remapping the entire keyboard, basically removing all the in cockpit switches from the keyboard so I can have trim or other controls to easy to reach locations instead of having to figure out which key combo does what?

Or can someone supply me with a coherent DX “profile” to use and modify to base my controls on, or should I just find a Logitech 3d pro controls and try and match it?
