A Big Thanks to all the BMS professionals for BMS 4.35 who’s continued improvement of this iconic flight simulator game that has been out for decades yet rivals today’s most modern flight sim games available on the market, the persistence of these people is amazing, there is little to nothing they can’t achieve.

RE: I know this sim is for the f-16…. but,
Like you said it’s a Viper sim. Even though some aircraft have advanced flight models they still operate on the Viper avionics. I believe adding weaponry that is aircraft specific to an aircraft other than the Viper is probably pretty low on the developer list.
Good point, well taken.

RE: I know this sim is for the f-16…. but,
Hope we don’t forget to add the AGM-78 Standard.

RE: I know this sim is for the f-16…. but,
Give me the list (with some clues from the Web) … we’ll see what we can do.
I believe red dog just provided it,. I hope it can come about.

I know this sim is for the f-16…. but,
This sim is designed for the f-16 but it does offer other aircraft you can fly and I was just wondering why it doesn’t include the agm-45 or 78 for the f-4 phantom, I would like to fly a sead mission with the f-4 and neither missiles are available,. Is there a reason they were not included? This is the greatest sim ever,. At least I think so, I have all the so called great sims, dcs, star citizen, elite dangerous….and more…etc. But this is my all time favorite I just can’t get enough of,. Is there a reason for not including these?

I think this would be nice…
I notice many of the enemy bases only have runways, a tower and ammo dumps and stuff like that, I don’t see a lot of parked aircraft,. It would be nice if they could populate the bases with more aircraft, preferably active or at least static aircraft objects, afterall,. These are air Force bases.

Keyboard settings question?
I notice that some keyboard settings in set up are listed in such a way I am not able to get them to work, for example…they are listed like ( alt p : c ) I even tried to delete them and they won’t delete, anyone know how to make these useful so they can be used?

RE: Campaign start screen videos
Yes, codecs. Can’t remember which one is needed – FFDShow IIRC (?)
Ok…I will look into it… thanks.

Campaign start screen videos
I notice the campaign start screen videos seem to be disabled,. Is there any way to get the videos to play?

RE: Mfd color does not change in avionics configerator
BMS-Technical-Manual page 3-24: “The RSAF F-16D settings have been changed but the profile still needs to be applied for the changes to take effect. Open the File menu and select the option Apply Profile.”
BMS-Technical-Manual page 3-27: “Click Apply Profile from the File menu to activate your changes.”
I think what is being mixed up is this… there are two editor’s, a bms config editor and then there is the avionics configerator editor, pg 3-24 is the bms config editor and show’s it’s picture, the avionics configerator is breifly mentioned but there is no picture of it, it is accessed by clicking on the avionics configerator name at start up, going into it should allow the color MFD box to be unchecked, and remain that way, it doesn’t, when leaving that page the box automatically rechecks it self, that is the issue I am having.

RE: Mfd color does not change in avionics configerator
@Red:
hint: you’re probably NOT in the correct block
The new thread is legit because it’s two separate issues.

RE: Mfd color does not change in avionics configerator
I checked chapter three, it briefly mentions the avionics configerator but show’s nothing on how to make the changes permanent, it just mentioned unchecking the box, which I did, the information found did not pertain to what I am trying to do.

RE: Mfd color does not change in avionics configerator
I tried, but could not find any where to apply the change, I couldn’t find that option, how is it done?
-
Mfd color does not change in avionics configerator
I uncheck the box for mfd color in the avionics config but it does not save the change, it rechecks the box once I close out of it and the mfd’s are still in color, once the box is unchecked how do you save the change?
-
How do you change the MFD color?
My MFD has multi colors in it, I would like to change it to look more real, I searched the manual but can’t find anything on it for falcon 4.34, would appreciate if anyone knows anything on this. Thanks.

RE: Wingmen do not respond
I resolved this issue by no longer starting from the runway.

RE: Wingmen do not respond
I finally got it!!!...after 10,000 years and one day, I knew I could do it, I got this whole thing solved, dont take off from the runway…now things are working fine, thanks guys for the helpful input.
