The reason for the question contained in the original post would require a lengthy explanation on my part (again, no technical issues or FPS drop), so let me conclude by saying that I’ll certainly rethink it all.

BTW, I’m not sure whether I should thank you first or rather apologize to the dev’s community for not having read related threads. I was so anxious to solve my problem and fly that I forgot about the obvious: search first, than ask…

“Discoveries” - because until today I haven’t tested this awesome theatre. Today I found out the latest version is 4.36-compatible, and-hey!-it certainly is!.
I took a Warthog for a ride, and, man!.. another nice surprise: what a great plane to fly! I usually fly the F-16, so the trimming was somewhat new to me, and I wasn’t sure about how the landing would go, but even though it’s a completely different story, I managed to bring the bird safely back to Edwards AB. The flaps do their job rather nicely, something we needn’t worry about flying the F-16 😉

just installed Balkans. now the font style on whole sim including ICP buttons has changed… is it ok??

Personally, I always use an internet download manager. Either IDM, XDM, FDM.

… There is no Btests made on those a/c. And rather, not supported as fully “flyable” a/c so to say.

yeah someone really needs to learn how to specialize huds for different fun aircraft outside of the f-16. the f117 in real life on the block1 through 5 was a modified f18 version the big thing is the relationship between the FOV the physical size of the HUD glass in the sim and the coded areas of projection of where it should be landing.

I tried to, Joe, but at each subsequent attempt the HARM launched in exactly the same mode kills the enemy radar, as supposed to. In the situation described in my first post the HARM probably missed the radar vehicle and hit the nearby one, which happened to be a T-55.

I use JSGME. Set up is not that hard and works for being so old.

Thanks so much for the suggestion… Finally I got round to setting up JSGME, tested it and whoa! It seems to solve my problems, as previously I didn’t always remember to back up the files to be replaced by a mod.

Not a bug, I believe. According to the built-in avionics configurator, it’s one of 6 valid RWR options (No 5), namely the Raytheon (Litton) AN/ALR-67(V)3 used in F/A-18C/D. The Ostsee Theatre F-16 models creators chose to apply it to the KF-16C Blk52, but as I said above, it can easily be manually corrected.

Good find Elouda. Since was already sniffing yours thread, I’ve checked Balkans db also had this ‘glitch’ …
Skipper doesn’t have any relations to gps. Pure laser guidance.
For gps bombs that setting should be visual.
Gbu54 is that special case, ins/gps/laser. (and you see it is set as ‘visual’ and has ‘3rd gen lgb’ flag set)

Corrected my db anyways. …better safe then sorry 😉

Probably that glitch is global , all known db’s… well , at least till future update(s).
