I recently transferred BMS setup zip on my new PC and installed it as I have several times on my laptop and it crashes after I launch.

EDIT: Never mind I can see that it is a list 3 miles long over this issue.\ I have tried a lot of the fixes and a little frustrated with even trying any more black magic tonight.

You could also just go to dogfight in the UI and setup some TU-95 bears for the other teams and torture them to your hearts content.

If you cant get out of slew, your cursor switch is drifting.
Please provide a video as I’am now confused of what your problem is.

NAV overide FCR in CRM

This next picture is the problem. I hit ‘C’ to cancel DGFT override and return to NAV and the FCR is still in ACM requiring hands off (throttle and stick) OSB presses to return to CRM (the default for NAV) I would prefer it to return (CRM) with the override mode

The issue I had with SLEW was in fact due to cursor drift but was a seperate issue to my OP fixing the cursor drift fixed being stuck in SLEW for me. If the cursor is moving apparently the FCR will not switch to the other ACM sub modes. Thanks.

One thing I like to do is I will order (AI) wingman to RTB. I then follow and enjoy an actual 2 ship formation landing.

The master modes (NAV/MRM/DGFT) will switch with out fail ,but the FCR within those mastermodes does not always change to the default and randomly ACM will not change out of SLEW (I hate slew) and 20,60,and BORE become unattainable.

Oh yes you can.
Its called the DGFT/MSL OVRD switch.
A simple method, optimizing FCR mode and weapon selection depending on the situation.
You could select the AAM mode, set the FCR to ACM and toggle it between MSL OVRD if you wish.
If you want to get more adventurous, you can pre-program any AA mode with the AA weapon and station of you choice ( dose not work in MSL OVRD at present, but it will be fixed).
So to sum it up, you can select the FCR mode and weapon, with a flick of a switch.

That’s the problem with my game in fact. Switching between these modes locks the radar into ACM between MRM/DGFT/MRM/DGFT and I have to manually reselect the FCR sub mode (CRM/ACM) with OSBs.

To make matters worse lately I have noticed my ACM mode wants to default to SLEW and for some reason will not switch to BORE no matter if I use the corresponding OSB or variations of the TMS switch it sticks in SLEW sub mode

Im sorry if this problem of mine is my owm misunderstanding,but the FCR can be extremely buggy between modes and sub modes.

I think it could be how I have my DTC setup, but the DTC window (in my knowledge) does not load to FCR ‘sub modes’ ,but rather what the MFDs main modes will be default upon loading it.

Are you using OSB 4 OVRD (temporarily turns off radar) at all? Leaving that on while switching master modes causes similar issues for me.

No I don’t. I actually have never used it (on purpose)

It depends where you click on the map to “add flight”. Try just moving the cursor to another spot (try the middle of a MOA somewhere) and the Training flights can be added.

I had the same issue and it was driving me nuts. I suspect it has something to do with how it auto-generates the Flight Plan, and waypoints.

This was the fix and thank you. I zoomed out and clicked somewhere in the middle and no more problems. I am not sure how it has never happened before to me ,but if I click out of the area of Kunsan there are no issues.

Is there no way to play this on a mobile hotspot connection ?.
It has worked with almost every game and very well,but it seems port forwarding is not possible on a cellular wifi.

I’ve always had this same frustration when they want me to land heavy on a short runway. I typically ignore tower and accept my punishment later with the SOF…
