Really appreciate the help guys.
Yeah I’d be up for a chat on TS3 Ice, just let me know what time you would be available.

Thanks Terminator.
Am having problems getting any of the posted profiles to work properly, probably due to the fact I have a force sensor mod in my Warthog joystick which I am assuming this is the problem.
But I can get the Joystick / Throttle to work within BMS controller setup and bind commands to axis and buttons except for that HAT POV on the throttle. I am just going to have to accept that this will be the best I can get and live with it.
Many thanks for the input.
Cheers
Gave it a try Ice, Joystick commands seem fine unfortunately none of the switches and buttons on the base of the Throttle are seen.
No idea whats up with my controllers buttons / switches in rthis game. All work fine in DCS and Battle of Stalingrad. Just Falcon 4 BMS seems to cause issues.
Thanks for the reply Ice
Just had a look at your profile, looks complicated and I only have the one monitor so I don’t know if this profile would be suitable for me. I assume I would have to edit it to remove all the touch screen commands so that the profile would work with the standard 1 monitor setup.
I have tried to get Muds profile to work to no avail and now resigned myself to the fact that I am just going to have bind joystick and throttle commands within the controller setup.
The problem now is that the only way I can get the game to see the HAT switches on the Throttle ( the HAT next to the mini joystick ) so that I can bind them to commands is to select the Throttle - HOTAS Warthog in the Controller options.
However if I do this I cant get the Joystick axis to work at all even though all the joystick buttons are seen.
So how do I get the game to see all my Warthog axis and buttons.
This is so frustrating.
Please can somebody help me out I am at a loss how to resolve this and actually start to learn and enjoy this game.
Thanks
I have a Warthog with the FSSB R3 Realsimulator Mod installed.
I am also running Windows 10.
I am having problems setting up the controllers and getting the game to detect the all the buttons especially when I am trying to use a profile such as Mud’s.
When using Mud’s profile the Throttle seems to work but none of the Joystick buttons work.
At the moment the best setup I can get is without using a profile and simply binding keys to a keyfile in the controller setup page. However with my current
devicesorting.txt file the game is not seeing the Throttle HAT that is next to the cursor control. My devicesorting.txt is as follows.
{200112E0-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “FSSB R3 Warthog”
{200112E0-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “FSSB R3 Warthog”
{200112E0-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “FSSB R3 Warthog”
{0402044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Joystick - HOTAS Warthog”
{0404044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Throttle - HOTAS Warthog”
{02038564-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals”
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Thrustmaster Combined”
I am at loss how to get this Warthog to work properly either with a profile ( Thrustmaster Combined ) or without.
I have tried moving the Thrustmaster Combined entry to the top but that makes no difference.
Would be great if any of you guys out there with more insight could help get me sorted.
Cheers.
Hey TxMtb, Scotters tried the shapeways product line for the throttle detent, fit perfect no problems, the hot link you gave is not working you can order and complete the form but it locks up after payment option. I just googled the site had no problem ordering the detent. With that in mind I took my dremmal tool and a sanding head and filed down the portion that makes you lift the throttle up and over for burnner, now I have a nice and smooth movement to AB with a slight push. I love it so much I order one more just in case. took about 7 days to get it, lots of Thrustmaster WH buttons on the site The Sim HQ forum on how to modify the detent is good but for 7 dollars you can get a detent from shapeways and mod it and keep the original detent if you every want to sell your hog, also you don’t void the warranty.
I’ve just ordered 2 of these also. Could you possible post some pics showing what parts to sand or a perhaps a link that shows in detail what parts to sand and how much to take off.
Thanks
No luck, still not working properly.
Guess am just going to have to bind my Warthog commands within Falcon BMS without the Target software.
Thanks for help anyways Mud
Cheers
Am using the latest version, I’ll give the old version a try… you never know.
