I have the “bad lenses” version of ps3eye, removing the ir-filter/block lenses did distort the focus, so i had to reinstall it & heightened ampere on the LED. I set the video capture to 640x480 30fps @about 60cm(ps3eye-led) to make the ps3eye easier to detect my LED. I also have cl-eye-driver 5.3.0.0341 running well on my pc.
I think it’s easier for you to start from swapping USB port and then to exclude software(driver/OS) fault before hardware.

Just select simplified flight model in the setup page and you will get OFM for the A10 .
Don’t forget to put back realistic if you fly the f 16
