I use the "3 led target " model attached to the side of my headphones . You must input accurate dimensions into Freetrack then play with the curves to get the desired result inFBMS.

I have about a dozen of these safety shield head gear assemblies. I have mounted my led’s to it and put all the resistors and associated wires under the large plastic piece. I almost forget I’m wearing it.

If you use FacetracknoIR with the Freetrack plugin it has a auto calibrate feature you can use for this. I now use FacetracknoIR in conjuction with my home made 3 LED clip and I find it better than the Freetrack software.

It’s better to try FaceTrackNoIr with the pointtracker plugin.
Stable and in development.Lies

Hitman,
Can you give me a list of the MK2 Filter settings you’re using? Min? Max? Curve? I can’t seem to get a comfortable operation out of it. When I turn my head back forward it tends to want to bounce around. What smoothing samples number are you set at?
I have a microsoft life cam vx-3000 and also removed ir filter w/ floppy disc over lens. I’m assuming its probably close to the same thing as yours. -
Hi,
I also use the Microsoft life cam but nothing else… like removing ir filter and so on.
I configured the curves, that the input of the head moves only start at 5° and doesn’t go over 120°.
So not even the slightest movement is transmitted immediately. Otherwise the picture would wobble constantly.
In addition, the curve should not go over 120 degrees and not be too steep, otherwise you look straight out the back though your head has moved only one centimeter.I could set a step by step guide maybe.

I will post some screenshots as soon as able
