Problem when connecting Multiplayer
-
When I try to connect in multiplayer in the 64 bits mode, I always get a CTD …Any solution.
Thanks

Try to host. Try without IVC (maybe it is just alt-tab which is CTD).
-
That is weird, I can connect on Veteran games on the 32 bits mode but can’t connect on falcon online at 64 bits mode.
-
I tried to host and it works on 32 bits but CTD again in 64 bits.
-
Operating System, amount of system memory RAM?
-
Win10 64 16 gigs ram cpu 3.5
-
IIRC server and host must be on the same bit exe.
So if host is 32 bit u must be on 32 also. Probably this is why u ctd. -
Yeah I dont have any problems to connect to Vet games on the 32 bit mode but FO is on 64 and when I try on 64 mode it Crashes right away.
-
I’m having the same issue with CTDs as well in 64bit windows 10
Single player works fine, Multiplayer crashes to desktop everytime. -
Which directory is BMS installed in, is UAC enabled or disabled?
-
I’m Having the same exact problem!!! What is the deal with this? has anyone else seen this? My UAC is disabled and my BMS is on my drive.
-
Can anyone help with this???
-
Mine is on a separate drive F:\program files\Falcon BMS 4.33
Also tried running as administrator and in compatibility mode for windows 7 (Using Windows 10).
Set port forwarding in router for 2934-2937 and 9987-9989 (provider is Sky). -
Yeah I dont have any problems to connect to Vet games on the 32 bit mode but FO is on 64 and when I try on 64 mode it Crashes right away.
Forgive me for asking a stupid question, but I assume you’re running both a 64-bit processor and a 64-bit OS? Otherwise your computer won’t be able to manage 64-bit architecture…
-
Yes 64 bit system and OS windows 10 Pro 64bit.
Is it a windows 10 problem?
Is there anyone running it in windows 10 without a problem? -
I can fly SP in 64bit, but as soon as I hit the connect button for MP, it CTDs. I assume the others are the same. Right fellas?
-
I run 64 and 32 bit under Windows 10 and connect/serve games inside our own squadron.
Can you connect to FO in 32-bit?
If it’s just FO that is the problem, i would suggest saying hi in their TS channel, they are friendly and usually able to help you out -
No, not FO for me. I’m talking about connecting period! Doesn’t matter to whom I’m trying to connect, once the connect button is pushed, I get CTD’d.
-
Does the 64- and 32- reference separate key files/logbooks etc? Sorry for asking a question I could seemingly check quite easily but sadly I’m away from my pc right now until lunchtime tomorrow.
-
Just done a fresh install (F:\Falcon 4.33) everything is at default settings I’ve not even bound any keys.
32bit single player runs ok.
32bit Multiplayer runs ok.
64bit single player runs ok.
64bit Multiplayer instant CTD as soon as I click connect.
