Key mapping keeps assigning SHIFT
-
Hello,
Not sure what is going on and I tried searching for this but I guess my search criteria isnt worded right.
My problem is that I am trying to assign a switch using Pokeys57u to the SNSR panel RDR ALT, STBY, OFF.
I had it working perfectly but then added two more switches, which both work correctly, but now the ATL RDR switch is acting up.
For testing I assigned A to STDBY, B to OFF, and C to ON in the PoKeys and then went to assign the same inside the KEY MAPPING menu in BMS setup page. Like I said, it was working fine, I would toggle the switch OFF and it would recognize in BMS as the letter B.
Then I added the other switches and restarted BMS and now it automatically assigns SHIFT to A, B, and C.If I push A on the keyboard it assigns it SHIFT A, if I push SHIFT A on the keyboard it assigns it A, so it’s like it is backwards now and not sure why.
Any input would be great
Thanks

DavePosts like this are useful for they show even the simplest things can resolve issues. It also proves there are indeed folks out there who can screw up but still admit they made a mistake!

Thanks Malc, at least that makes me feel better haha.
Been working on my F-16 egress trainer and making it a full sim. Just finished getting the real side stick, throttle and rudder pedals working as well as the MFD’s.
Now just need to finish wiring the rest of the panels.
